Amei !! Everything very clean, organized, great space, with plenty of kitchen utensils that helped us a lot !! Only one addendum, the entrance door of the ap. We're making noise when it comes time to open, but that's all it is.

This is our second time staying at Polly's apartment. She is a very polite person, responds quickly, the listing and photos correspond to reality, her apartment is very clean, cozy and well located, we felt comfortable and at home. In addition to the location very close to the beach, the apartment offers beautiful views from the windows and balconies! We will certainly return other times and recommend it to everyone. My experience was PERFECT, I looked for a place near where my sister lives and that was petfrindely (as I would like to take my dog for the first time to Ubatuba). apê was my sister's neighbor and my dog was super comfortable, the photos super match the space.... and the activity of the affintrioes is unique, experience simplistically PERFECT.... You can go without fear.

Super recommend! Casa foot in the sand, large, very spacious and complete in terms of utensils, furniture and appliances. Delicious beach, quiet, perfect for family, the children were at ease and enjoyed a lot. It has 2 nearby beaches, to which we walked (Sununga and Domingas Dias). There are some speedboat options on the beach, in addition to some restaurants that even deliver the orders in the shade of the tree in front of the house. Nearby convenience stores, supermarkets, gas station and pharmacy. The host and the caretakers are super helpful. City Council resolve any demand with affection and agility. A differential that impressed us was the host's concern to provide a more peaceful check in for guests, providing some toilet and cleaning items, as well as a gallon of water. This made our arrival quieter, being able to enjoy the atmosphere and the beach already at first. Excellent experience!

We spent great days, very well accommodated. The house is really everything it shows in the photos, beautiful, with great space to gather friends, enjoy a barbecue and nature. Ninha and Toninho are very receptive, kind and care very well for the house and the guests.

Hellen's house delight! All clean and neat. And the beach is a grace! Tranquila, beautiful and with a community of fishermen (small and safe). Our stay at home was excellent! Place is clean, airy and well-maintained. The beach is simply beautiful and is close by. The house is well-equipped, with everything we need for comfortable and quiet days. Our family loved every moment.

Sônia was an excellent host, extremely polite and kind, she gave us all the support we need, gave us all the information with details and photos, and was always available to answer questions and messages. The location of the apartment is wonderful, with a short walk we are on the beach of Toninhas, which is a very familiar beach with a fantastic nature! The apartment is in an old condominium, it is simple, but it was well organized and clean. It is a suitable space for up to 4 people, as we were in 3 for us to be of great size. It has 2 air conditioners working perfectly, 2 televisions (one of them smartv) and a good internet. The structure corresponds to the photos and the listing. Just one note: to return from the beach has a steep ramp, and a flight of stairs to access the apt, so those who have difficulty locomotion may have a bit of a problem. In our case it was quiet the route.

I loved our stay, ap. Perfect, everything new and the great space, I was surprised, much more than expected… everything I needed to cook (bowls, dishes, etc.) had to spare. The easy access location is very quiet, Mr. Quite requested, mt gentleman… If I have the opportunity I will come back other times, I recommend it!

Beto is an amazing person!!! super polite and attentive, the porters are also a thousand, super educated always ready to assist when necessary. Clean and cozy AP with amazing scenery. We stayed a week from 01/14 to 01/21, we loved the location of the house, close to the beach we were able to walk quietly, close to the center which helps a lot in getting around, the house accommodated 07 people very well, the pool and barbecue area are great, condominium and quiet, we missed the Air fry, and washing machine would help, but we already knew it didn't have it, but everything else was the same as the listing, Gisele and André are super attentive, always answered me and helped quickly, thank you for the attention until next time.
