Booked this property with Fien for the 2nd time. As well as a great experience last time. Communication with François was excellent; quick and efficient. The accommodation is equipped with every convenience; the new kitchen is beautiful. Fien is an excellent host; friendly and quiet and made us feel familiar. In short, enjoyed a great Easter weekend in every way.

Super cozily furnished cottage with enough toys and games to keep our toddler and toddler busy even during the outdoors. In addition, in addition to the many outdoor activities, there are also plenty of indoor activities to do nearby. Extra bonus were the bikes to explore Lommel and surroundings on the first day.

We had a great stay at the place. The apartment was larger than expected, sparkling clean and equipped with everything you could need - and beyond 👌🏼😊 You immediately notice that the comfort of the guests was thought of here with attention to detail. The location was just perfect: quietly located, but ideal for quickly reaching the big cities in the area. For my family and me, it was the perfect combination of good connections and affordable price. We would come back any time and can highly recommend the accommodation! Thank you 🙏🏼

Rike's place is perfect for a couple of days exploring Aachen and it's incredible cathederal. The apartment is well positioned to the old town, clean and very comfortable. It has everything you need to prepare your own meals and communication with Rike is quick and easy. And the best part of the apartment is the sunroom, which is an absolute plus! While the apartment doesn't have a separate loungeroom, we found that we spent most of our time in the sunroom, looking out over Rike's garden, and westpark. Really quite relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights at Rike's place and recommend it to other travellers.

We had a fantastic stay at Jans place! The home had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Jan was a great host, responsive, friendly, and provided great local recommendations. The check-in process was smooth, and everything was exactly as described in the listing. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

It is beautiful apartment with comfortable beds, good kitchen, and spacious and comfortable sitting area. The apartment is only a short walk from the centre of Maastricht with its restaurants and cafes, and an even shorter walk to the grocery stores. We had a great stay. Thanks!

We felt very comfortable in the beautiful apartment of Laura and Jeroen. Everything was available and the welcome basket was a special surprise. It was especially great that we were allowed to use the bikes to get into town quickly. Jeroen's works of art have given the apartment a charm all its own. We will be happy to come back.

Ideal base for exploring the Genk region. Upon arrival, there is already a lot of information available on the table and Ann is also willing to answer all your questions. It is also very child-friendly, children can play outside while we as parents have perfect view of the garden in which they are playing. Price-quality this is a big 10/10 !! The kids just kept asking when we went back to the 'cottage' on the way back. This says it all!

Beautiful and spacious apartment close to NP Hoge Kempen and Maastricht. Ideal for weekend cycling/hiking in nature or for city trip Maastricht. Very well maintained, smooth communication with owner. Garage to store bicycles is a plus.

The place was just as pictured, we felt right at home :) The surroundings are great, the people in Lanaye are super friendly. Taking the bus to Maastricht is no problem at all, you just have to pay attention to when the bus comes, because it only comes every 80 min :( But you can also ride a bike to the city in 30 min. All in all, it was a great weekend and we would definitely come back :)
