Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Midden Limburg

We had wonderful days in Sebastiaan's house. The house is spacious for 6 people with different places to sit , a cozy well-equipped dining kitchen, good double beds and a beautifully located garden, where it is good to stay. Sippenaken is an excellent starting point for excursions and bike rides in the region and from the cottage you will be on a beautiful hiking trail through the Geuldal in no time. For us an ideal base during this AGR weekend🚴🚴

Very friendly host! Very nice house like the pictures! Close to Maastricht city center. Bus stop in front of the door, free parking and Uber makes it the perfect location. Uncle very clean and very nice garden! Thank you so much for the unforgettable weekend and your kindness and attention!

Lovely accommodation and very good communication from our host.

We loved our stay at Marie Paule's place. A very hospitable woman, who was also very sweet to our children. Our 2-year-old son worked with her in the garden for an afternoon. The cottage is very suitable for a family. Well equipped, nice bedrooms and the garden- which is huge- is very nice for hiking or for a picnic. The location in relation to Aubel with all nice shops, a very cozy market on Tuesday and on Saturday and the adbij of Val-Dieu is very convenient. In short: really good value for the money. I can recommend this place with peace of mind!

The location is ideal: close to the city center, with easy access to the main attractions of Aachen, while being in a quiet environment that guarantees restful nights. Sophia was very welcoming and responsive, always available to answer our questions and make sure our stay went smoothly. Had a lovely stay at the apartment in a quiet neighbourhood, clean and everything you need for a short or long-term stay. Sergio was a great host, always responded quickly and provided a flexible check-in opportunity. Very convenient free parking on the street for those coming with the car. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and I would definitely return in the future if I'm in the area!

Perfect for a family or group of friends. Had board games and some children's toys. kitchen was well equipped and location was walkable to everything. quiet location. we loved our time in aachen!

My stay here was excellent, I have no complaints and in fact only positive things to say. Luc and his wife were great hosts and the place was very cozy.

It was a nice stay in the upper apartment with a beautiful view of the dam. The furniture and furnishings are well pictured, you get what is shown. It was particularly nice to find towels, sheets and the basic equipment for the use of the kitchen and bathroom (hand soap, dishwasher tablets, fresh toilet paper, paper towels, etc.) and not have to bring these things yourself.

Beautiful neighbourhood.Play park a five min walk away which was great for our young kids. Flat is beautiful and the double bunk beds worked perfectly. Master bedroom is lovely too x

It is beautiful apartment with comfortable beds, good kitchen, and spacious and comfortable sitting area. The apartment is only a short walk from the centre of Maastricht with its restaurants and cafes, and an even shorter walk to the grocery stores. We had a great stay. Thanks!

We loved it. The flat itself is absolutely tip top and the personal welcome from Georg who is a very nice and easy person helped us feel welcome after a very long road trip. We were very keen to see Aachen on our road trip but needed to secure our car full of valuable luggage. Not only was Georg willing to let us park beyond our checkout time on the secure parking place behind a locked gate, he even offered for us to leave our belongings inside for longer too. Aachen was astonishingly beautiful and historically important and made it well worth the effort of our road trip there.

We felt very comfortable in the beautiful apartment of Laura and Jeroen. Everything was available and the welcome basket was a special surprise. It was especially great that we were allowed to use the bikes to get into town quickly. Jeroen's works of art have given the apartment a charm all its own. We will be happy to come back.

Ideal base for exploring the Genk region. Upon arrival, there is already a lot of information available on the table and Ann is also willing to answer all your questions. It is also very child-friendly, children can play outside while we as parents have perfect view of the garden in which they are playing. Price-quality this is a big 10/10 !! The kids just kept asking when we went back to the 'cottage' on the way back. This says it all!

Every thing has been great

The place was just as pictured, we felt right at home :) The surroundings are great, the people in Lanaye are super friendly. Taking the bus to Maastricht is no problem at all, you just have to pay attention to when the bus comes, because it only comes every 80 min :( But you can also ride a bike to the city in 30 min. All in all, it was a great weekend and we would definitely come back :)
