Vacation rentals with beach access in Mexico

You cannot go wrong staying at this lovely place. We were welcomed at the airport and given a tour of the property upon arrival. Kayaks, bikes and beach towels were provided at no additional charge. Sunday potluck dinner by the pool was great. We met other guests and locals who answered questions and gave us local knowledge. The apartment was well furnished, clutter free and very inviting. Steve and Adrianna are very accommodating and I can't wait to get back to the beauty of Loreto and the kindness of such great people. I could write a review all day and feel like I didn't say enough kind things about the property or Steve and Adrianna. If you're looking for a piece of paradise, it's waiting for you. Make to he reservation, you'll be glad that you did.

We loved our stay! The location is beautiful and just steps away from the ocean. Jorge was very attentive and had great recommendations!

We loved our stay at Balam! It was a great, central location in Puerto Morelos which made it easy to pop out into town as we pleased. The property managers were quick to respond, were flexible with our check in time and checked in to make sure we didn’t need anything during our stay. The bed and linens were very comfortable and the shower was nice. Would definitely stay again next time we’re in town.

Muy buen lugar excelente ubicación. El único detalle es el estacionamiento que hay que estar moviendo los autos. Y el agua caliente. Que en realidad no es necesaria porque hace mucho calor a menos que lleves bebés como en mi caso pero se solucionó con otra alternativa. La vista del mar impresionante.

La ubicación está perfecta para pasar un buen fin de semana cerca de la playa

Fue mi primera vez en Mahahual, una vista espectacular , Además muy cerca a todo caminando, realmente volvería Paco es un excelente host muy atento y con respuestas inmediatas. altamente recomendable 🙌🏻

A perfect place for a couples getaway. Had everything we needed. Estela was proactive and very responsive with her communication! Would definitely stay again.

Sharon and Keith were extraordinaire hosts! They went out of our way to make us feel at home. Replaced our drinking water without notice, gave great restaurant advice... Gave us directions to banks, gas stations and the local medical place we needed in order to get our covid test. Their place really was like paradise. The backyard was a palm desert garden. So many birds! We also enjoyed a massage at there place. Anything we showed interest in they gave advice, directions for. You will be blessed just by meeting them.

Aunque nuestra estancia fue corta, disfrutamos mucho el espacio, la tranquilidad y la cercanía al mar, a menos de 10 metros. Mi spot favorito, la palapa elevada con hamacas, la vista es espectacular e ideal para relajarse y descansar.

Great location, easy access to the event we were going to attend. Spaces are big and the view to the ocean is great. Would stay here again.

Oceanfront, spacious, private and close to everything. Pictures don’t do justice this place is much prettier in person. Locals are very friendly, security is seen patrolling throughout the day and night. Feels very safe, especially having Mexican military down the street

Very peaceful and safe area. The house is even larger than the photos. Bedrooms and bathrooms are on opposite sides of the house for added privacy if needed. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. The view cannot be beat with views of the ocean, surfers, and cruise ships, not to mention the sunsets! The power went out during a storm for about 8 hours, but the host provided flashlights so we didn’t have to sit in the dark. Very safe area in gated community and very helpful security. We loved our stay!

great location. quiet location near the beach but very walkable to town. comfortable and spacious. very comfortable bet and soft sheets.

We had an exceptional stay at this charming and cozy beachside cottage! The hosts were extremely responsive and the location was superb! A perfect little get away. We will certainly be back soon!

Wonderful location! Its beautiful, peaceful and safe. It's near so many restaurants, stores and most important a grocery store right out the gate! The beds, pillow and comforters were absolutely heavenly 😍 it was like sleeping on a cloud. The house has AC which is rare in airb&bs in Mexico so that was very much appreciated. The host was very attentive and quick with responses. The house was clean and had great amenities as well. I would highly recommend the stay!

muy agradable el departamento ideal para 2 personas, cerca a pie está una farmacia y tienda de conveniencia. Muy limpio encontré el lugar,,todo en orden y muy claras las instrucciones; la vista agradable a la zona de alberca con excelente balcón. Agradable para regresar.

The location of the property geographically and also the unit location within property were excellent. One thing that we noticed about the complex was that there are MANY units where you couldn't see the sunset from the balcony due to the building orientation. This unit had excellent views of the ocean, sunsets, pools, whales every day. It is a true SUITE which was excellent for my wife and me. It will sleep four with the pullout couch but it would be extremely tight quarters for 2 couples. A family with 2 kids would be good. It was an excellent place and we would defintely stay here again if it was available when we were going to PV.

El condominio estaba 10/10 muy agradable y limpio ,Mi familia y yo regresaríamos sin duda Cumple con todas mis expectativas 💙 me encantó la decoración de playa muy buen gusto 😉 La playa está cerca de la ubicación ,excelente si quieres ir temprano a caminar o correr 🏃 está muy seguro Alberca climatizada me encantó ! Está amplio bonita vista , tiene todo 💙

Hola toda la estancia estuvo muy bien, estaba limpio solo hubo un detalle en unos de los baños te bañabas y el agua se salía de la regadera lo cual ocasionaba que que el piso del baño quedara todo mojado

The place was very clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for family. The location is excellent. First floor with direct pool and beach access. Walkable to restaurants and shops. The on site staff was friendly and helpful. We'll definitely be returning. Jared was extremely helpful and responsive to our questions. Thank you!

Our stay was great, the locations is walking distant to the beach and had a beautiful view and pool. We were traveling for a wedding at the Cape hotel and our stay was just as great and significantly more affordable. The space had everything we needed and we slept comfortably each night. Highly recommend this place for your travels to Cabo.

Excelente lugar , las instalaciones prácticamente nuevas ,las albercas limpias , climatizadas , los jakuzis súper agusto la temperatura y con hidromasaje , el carril de nado en la segunda planta con hermosa vista nos encantó ,el apartamento muy amplio y muy bien aprovechados los espacios teníamos lavadora , secadora, jabón para lavar ropa y trastes , buen shampoo y acondicionador en baños , la ubicación del lugar nos gustó para ir hasta caminando al malecón !.En general nos pasamos unos días muy agusto ! Lo recomendamos ampliamente .
