Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Mexico Beach

This place was very nice. Everything was just like described. We really enjoyed it. It was very family friendly. Community feels very safe. Host was helpful and responded quickly to any questions.

We had a great time on our family vacation staying here. Meredith was a wonderful host who was communicative and proactive. I really felt taken care of! The house was clean and spacious for six adults and two little dogs. We also really enjoyed renting the golf cart that was available to help us get to the beach. All in all, this was a fabulous trip.

This house was definitely one of the better Airbnb’s we’ve stayed in. We appreciated the detailed descriptions of the layout, we knew exactly what to expect. This home also includes personal tower fans for each room which was a HUGE plus! There was more than enough of expendable items such as: trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent etc. Also, they provide top of the line beach equipment like balloon tire beach wagons and nice chairs. Water pressure and drainage in the showers was really good, especially for a Florida rental! It doesn’t really get much better than this for an Airbnb. 10/10 recommend.

Super clean, right in the middle of everything you’d need. Close to downtown, boat ramps, plenty of room in the drive to part boat, and nice neighborhood for walks. Loved our weekend there!

We loved our stay at Taylan’s place. The beach was very private. We practically had the beach to ourselves. The calm waters were perfect for our kids. We saw lots of wildlife including dolphins and manatees. The house was very spacious even for our party of 4 families. The pool was a great addition. Taylan was very responsive when we reached out. We had a great week and would stay there again!

Great place, easy walk to the beach, nothing fancy but quite comfortable with all necessary amenities and fenced backyard.

We had a great stay at the surf shack! Very clean. Kids loved all the activities inside and out. Host was responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend!

We enjoyed our family vacay and Charles was very responsive any time I contacted him prior to or during our stay with questions. The house is as described, very nice and clean. Our favorite part was being able to drive the golf cart around the neighborhood and to the pool although it is a very close walk to the pool. I’m not sure who enjoyed the golf cart more, the grandkids or the Dads. :) The beach was not crowded at all which was great. No complaints whatsoever. Highly recommend this house. You will love it! It feels like home away from home. Thank you for great family memories that were made during our stay!

Great location with beautiful views. Condo was clean, beds were comfy, and the kitchen is stocked nicely. Great space. It was so nice to have an ice maker as well! Would definitely stay here again and will recommend to friends.

This was our first time at Sunbird condo and it was great! When we walked in the condo was in perfect condition, clean and smelled great. The view is absolutely stunning, you can see the beach for what seems like miles. The condo is fully stocked for your vacation with comfortable beds. Clay is a very proactive host and provided us with everything we needed for a great trip. I will stay here again anytime I can!

John’s place was amazing! Very clean, not cluttered, check in and getting into the room was so easy! Highly recommend!

This home was absolutely beautiful and exactly as pictured. The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The space was perfect for my friends and me—it had everything we needed and more. I especially loved the bathroom; the shower was so relaxing, I could have stayed in there forever. The backyard felt like a true oasis. We spent a lot of time out there enjoying the fresh breeze and great conversation. The swing was my personal favorite, while my friends really enjoyed the pool. The location was ideal—situated in a quiet area but still close to restaurants, stores, and local attractions. I would highly recommend this Airbnb for any type of stay, whether it's for family or friends!

Amber's place on the river is just spectacular, plenty to do right there on property and close places to visit and enjoy the river. The house is extremely comfortable with a great kitchen and wonderful views no matter where you are in the house. My family had the best time fishing, jumping off the dock and just taking in all the great scenery. If your looking for a fun but relaxing place for all ages, this is a great place, we have already started talking about our next trip to Amber's! Also couldn't have asked for a better host!

Our stay was nothing short of wonderful. This was possible one of the cleanest places I've ever stayed in. The property was beautiful, offering a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of life.

If I could give 10-stars I would! I am an airbnb host and can be quite critical on bookings I make. I read so much about Ms. Theresa and was a little hesitant because some reviews made it seem like privacy was an issue ...NOT AT ALL!! I can honestly say that SHE was a HUGE part as to why we enjoyed our stay so much and will ABSOLUTELY be back!! She made us feel at home, made sure we had everything we needed, and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. She even made my husband a homemade birthday cake! We shared so many laughs and stories together. It was peaceful, serene, and certainly private. The property was gorgeous, had breathtaking views, and so many wonderful things about it that pictures and description don't do a justice! We enjoyed cooking dinner on the outdoor kitchen area on the lake.. but laying down on a bed, under the cabana, watching a movie, next to the fire, on the lake, was THE best part..next to enjoying fresh eggs for breakfast our last morning!

Beautiful cabin, very clean with great views. The host is very friendly with lots of local knowledge.

We really enjoyed our stay at the tree house. It’s a beautiful cabin, well furnished with large windows so you can see all the trees surrounding it. We saw a large owl almost daily. It’s a great location. A short drive to the beach and also several springs in the area. Definitely plan to come back.

There is way to many amazing things to say about Janet and her amazing home! She is truly a wonderful and kind hearted person. After we explained our situation to her she went out her way to make she The Red Cabin felt like home. The house was amazing it was so quiet and peaceful!!! It was a great escape!!! The wild blueberries weren't bad as well. Thank you again Janet for everything!!!
