The apartment has everything you need to have a nice and comfortable stay and work from home if you need it. It is located in "Batan Alto" which is a residential neighborhood close to everything so without being in the middle of the noise you'll have access to all the things you want (restaurants, mall, bank, supermarket, pharmacy, bus/taxi station). Completely new in a luxury and completely secure building. Great location, in a exclusive zone, near the financial and business area of Quito. There are a lot of restaurants, shops and parks near the building. The apartment is fully furnished. We have 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, dinning room, american style kitchen. The apartment is very quiet so you will sleep very well. It is very easy to get to the apartment because it is located in a well known street of Quito.

Cozy and spacious.You will not share it. It has 1 queen size bed and a sofabed in the livingroom. It has parking with no extra cost, let me know if you need it. Ypu have to go up 1 soty by stairs. Excelent location:5 min walking to La Carolina´s metro stop, Half of a block from La Carolina park, several means of transportation less than 2 blocks (Ecovía, buses, biciquito, Quito Tour Bus). Very close to Mall El Jardin and Quicentro.
