Our stay in the a-frame house on the Hacienda del Rejo was magical. Waking up every morning to the view of the valley and hearing the animals and the birds was so relaxing. It's a great setup because while the house has a full kitchen, the Hacienda restaurant is a quick 3-minute walk down the path, and the food is excellent. The lodge where the restaurant is housed also has a ping pong table and a pool table which my sons loved to play on while we waited for dinner. There is also a cozy fireplace and lots of history in the lodge! We loved riding horses on the property. Rides were reasonably priced, and seeing the property this way is amazing! We also loved spending time with the animals on the farm. Goats, llamas, horses, donkeys, and chickens! The house was well-provisioned and very cozy. On chilly evenings, we kept warm by the woodstove and the great hot tub! Everyone at the property took great care of us, they were all kind and welcoming! Our family loved our time here!

Hostería la Ponderosa is a very nice place, recommended to 100, has several activities and one can enjoy life far from the city. Just as a suggestion to have hotter water.

Great views, the private hot tub and food service is amazing. Also it’s 13 minutes from the airport!

The stay with my partner in such a magical place on the banks of the Rio Blanco allowed us to relax and enjoy our getaway from the city. The cabin is beautiful, its care and cleanliness impeccable and the attention of the host and the caretaker in the place was very warm and very helpful to be able to spend time in the area provided with very useful information and with peace of mind. It is a great place to enjoy as a couple in a natural, comfortable environment with excellent quality service. The food in the area was also very good!

My stay in the home was very pleasant. The place was clean exactly as shown in the pictures. Host was very friendly and responsive, promptly answered all my questions and provided us with helpful recommendations about the area. The location and excellent views; very positive experience.

Wilson and his wife were delightful hosts who welcomed us to there lovely home. Wilson kindly organised a taxi from the airport with his friend Rene who was so accommodating even offering a supermarket stop for our convenience. The location of the property was set in beautiful gardens surrounded by countryside yet so accessible to the airport and a drive to the beautiful city of Quito. We would definitely recommend Wilson, his home and Rene for a great stay

We had a great stay at Alejandro’s Airbnb. After a long day cycling in the rain it was just what we needed to rest for the night. We were welcomed by Katti who cooked us a delicious dinner and made sure we had everything we needed. The property is super secured and we felt very safe there. We could also book breakfast, which was perfect as there aren’t many shops nearby to pick up provisions. I would 100% recommend this place for a get away from the city and to enjoy the beautiful landscape. Thank you for having us!

Excellent host, the cabin was very clean as were the kitchen utensils. We used the barbecue area and the wood oven and it was excellent.

Daniel's accommodation is a really beautiful place, it is just as described in the photos. Daniel is a very attentive, kind and trustworthy host. He had left us a tray of delicious fruits (apple, passion fruit, banana) and also had coffee, sugar, cookies and ice. I really felt right at home, thank you very much Daniel

We were a group of 7 people and our stay was amazing! The house is very clean, comfortable and its surroundings are very quiet, perfect for disconnecting and venturing into nature!

The casita is a tranquil spot, cozy and clean. We enjoyed watching hummingbirds in the garden. It’s a beautiful sanctuary with views of the mountain. Great for enjoying coffee or wine. We found a bakery, many fruit and vegetable stands and a Tia market all in walking distance on our first day. It’s easy to Uber or bus to the popular attractions farther south in the city.

Wonderful stay. Francesco was very attentive from the time of booking to check-out. Mr. Alfredo and his wife (they are the local workers) are also very attentive. The cabin is exactly as shown in the pictures. The soundings are full of nature. Very safe place. They have a pond where you can sit for a coffee or wine, while reading a book and see the beautiful view of the mountains. Also during the stay they could accompany us several hairies: Zoé, Moca, Ice, they were with us constantly toy. For those looking for connection with nature and a break, I highly recommend it. We'll be back!!

Alison was a great host! She arranged transportation to and from Mindo and she was very accommodating with our check out time. The cabin is in a great, peaceful location and a quick walk to town. The staff on site is extremely friendly and they arranged all of our tours and activities during our stay. The only thing to note would be the lack of privacy in the bedroom if there anyone is using the hammocks or the yoga area. Overall, we had a great stay and I would absolutely recommend.

Jaime and Clemencia went above and beyond to make our experience in Mindo fantastic. The farm is beautifully constructed and Jaime gave us the grand tour - letting us taste all his edible plants! And breakfast was amazing! He even helped us book activities around Mindo. The entrance to the property was a little tricky to find but it was very easy to get in touch with the owners. I highly recommend staying here! Next time we find ourselves in Ecuador we will be back!

It is a very comfortable cabin. The bathroom is small and can be a problem if a lot of people go, but it's nothing that good organization can't solve. The beds are comfortable and it's beautiful to be surrounded by nature. Waking up like this is magnificent. Hector was always attentive to us from the moment we arrived.
