Maria and Tatiana's place was so incredibly wonderful, one of my favorite Airbnbs ever, and I wish that we could have stayed longer. Next visit, we definitely will do so. I particularly have to praise Esteban. He was so gracious, an excellent host. My husband and I could not have asked for more. Esteban was prompt with his responses, very helpful. Our surroundings were private, beautiful, and quiet. We felt very safe! We were in walking distance to the historical center, great restaurants. Don't miss Los Geranios onLa Ronda. We walked everywhere and never had a problem. I highly recommend this place. Oh, we loved the fireplace, the balcony with gorgeous view, the great coffee, and the fantastic service! Estevan was our taxi driver and so very good. We are grateful to Esteban for taking such good care of us!

Great location, and very easy to check in and come and go. The security guards were very friendly. Space was as pictured, and Maria helpfully stocked a few food items for me, which I really appreciated. There is some local noise, to be expected given the central location, but not too bad. The WiFi was great, which is important to me as I work remotely. The apartment had all the comforts I needed. Would recommend this apartment to others!

The loft is amazingly well kept, has everything you need. Beautiful views. Comfortable beds. Modern but comfy space. Just note that this apartment is on an extremely steep hill which can make the walk ability of the neighborhood difficult.

We have traveled around Ecuador for 6 weeks, and this was our favorite AirBnB. It was comfortable, well-stocked, beautiful, and close to activity but not in the middle of it. Miguel was friendly and helpful as we came and went, as were the hosts. It was a delightful stay, and the perfect place to end our trip.

100% recommended, everything is very clean in order, the Security staff is very friendly both at the entrance of the parking lot and at the reception of the building has very good access and different ways of communicating by transport, Nataly was very attentive, I thank you very much for the hospitality.

Apartment in The Historical Center of the City

My close friend and I stayed at Federico’s place during our week in Quito. We were blown away by the beautiful views and the aesthetics of the home. Federico answered all messages promptly and checked in to make sure we were settling in. The home is very close to the historic center of Quito, which provided us with plenty of sites to visit and restaurants to try. The location, like all of Quito, is on top of a hill. I would not recommend if stairs are difficult for you.

Spotlessly clean, safe and great location! Many shops and restaurants are within walking distance as well as Carolina Park. New Metro to historic district is a block away. Friendly and safe front security guard. Didn’t try the communal laundry.

Aquiles and Bettina were excellent hosts. They came to help us check in even though we arrived at 1 am! The space was beautiful with a very clever use of space and a fabulous indoor garden. We stayed for a week and so it felt like home with lots of space. It was an easy walk to all the major attractions. Thank you so much for making our stay so enjoyable

Maria and Tatiana's place is very comfortable, very convenient, and very cozy. My husband and I enjoyed our stay there and would highly recommend it. We particularly appreciated Esteban. He truly is by far the best host we have ever had. He truly reached out to fulfill our every need and went over and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We stayed at this place before going to Mindo, and returned again before flying to Cuenca. Esteban arranged everything for us and helped us much. The apartment was stocked with more than we could have asked for. Esteban is so gracious and generous, a very kind man. He speaks fluent English and communicated with us well. I would also like to recommend our driver, who Esteban arranged to pick us up from the airport, take us to Mindo and back again, and to the airport, Steven. He also speaks English quite well and was so very conscientious and a very good driver. My husband and I will definitely stay at this Airbnb again and look forward to doing so.

This was my second time staying at this incredible home, and I can’t recommend it enough! The house is absolutely huge—much bigger and more impressive than the pictures show. The location is perfect, right in the heart of all the action, making it easy to enjoy plenty of activities nearby. Beyond the home itself, the owner and assistant were outstanding—so welcoming, responsive, and truly go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. I felt completely safe and comfortable throughout my stay. If you're looking for a spacious, well-located, and well-managed place to stay, this is it! I’ll definitely be back again.

Comfortable Loft in Quito

Wilzon's loft is in an excellent location, situated in one of the safest areas of Quito. You'll find shopping centers, restaurants, movie theaters, and much more within easy reach. The loft itself is exactly as described—comfortable, clean, well-furnished, and suitable for any length of stay. Ecuador's traffic can be loud, so expect to hear some noise from cars and motorcycles in the apartment. However, this is common in the area. Wilzon is an attentive and great communicator, and he also offers airport transportation if you need a reliable contact. The only downside is the gym, which lacks equipment like dumbbells. However, there are other gyms in the area that you can visit. Overall, I highly recommend staying at Wilzon's loft in Quito!

Everything was very good, except the elevator was broken all the time, we have to go up and down four floors.
