I was for visiting Ecuador for work and stayed a bit longer than a week in Quito. Cumbaya is a great area and was able to find and purchase all necessary items for a calm stay at the apartment. On top of all, there is a spa, a swimming pool and a parking spot. I was really feeling like at home away from home.

The entrance is a bit complicated, but the owner gives pretty clear instructions on how to enter, so it's not that much of a problem. The Airbnb is just like the picture, it has everything you need, and it's really nice. The owner also communicates well and is really friendly. I would definitely go back. It's really comfortable

Everything was excellent, they let us check in earlier and although we arrived a little late due to some issues, he welcomed us very kindly. The place is safe and the villa is super spacious for large groups. I would just recommend adding more cooking utensils. Otherwise, it was excellent 😊

Let me tell you , at first I was a little concerned, because I didn’t see too many reviews, but then I saw Jennifer have other airbnb with really good reviews, and I said let me give it a try, this place is so secure, I m a scary cat , and I felt so secured, is 24/7 cámaras and guards outside, everything is so close by, is wifi available they have Netflix , Amazon is great!!! The place inside is so comfy , the suite is so clean so gorgeous, everything is close by too. I would def recommend this place to anyone , and def come back 1000% , the host was amazing too she answer right away any concerns I had!! I would def come back, I didn’t want to leave LOL See you next time ecuador.. love love this suite and place everything do close by too.

Daily visits from donkey Margarita & black lab Carbone were added pleasures to our stay. Felipe was responsive to hot water issue. Took guests to church on property. Explained history of property, Quito and Ecuador in general. He was extremely kind and helpful. Picked up & transported us back to airport for reasonable fee. Modest but lovely home.

If you're real bougie then you might not like it, but this is one of my favorite places I've ever stayed (and I travel a lot!). They have done a great job setting it up, and it just keeps getting better and better. Many thoughtful touches all around - nice pillows, hand-made art, smart TV, tons of storage space. We loved the private balcony overlooking the forest, and the direct access to gym and Jacuzzi on the roof. We felt very safe and comfortable. It's close to the city (about 15 min to the center by car), yet far enough away to feel much more peaceful. The surroundings are beautiful. Dario was very responsive and helpful with everything I needed during our 2 month stay. He and his family are wonderful hosts! I would definitely stay here again. Thanks so much for everything!

Nice place in a gated community in Cumbaya. Well worth what I paid. Very safe and peaceful. Javier was a great communicator and his family who lives on the bottom level is very friendly. Great internet for remote work. I would stay here again for sure.

This home is a hidden gem. It is not in the downtown area but in a village setting closer to the airport. My family of 2 adults and 4 children stayed here for a couple nights at the end of our one month stay in Ecuador. It was the perfect way to end our time in this beautiful country. The house is large and spacious and well equipped to cook and relax on the property. There are lots of things to keep kids entertained like the outdoor lawn, playground and indoor ping pong table and games. Karla, the housekeeper lives on the property and is always there to help. There is an amazing vegetable garden and Karla gave us veggies, avocados, oranges and lemons straight from the garden as we prepared our lunch. It was much more than we could eat. The owner of the house is very kind and came to see us off. We were overwhelmed by his kind gesture when he offered to drop us at the airport. We couldn’t think of a better way to end our time in Ecuador.

Great airbnb in a beautiful and calm location. Restaurants, groceries, and small fruit and vegetable store nearby. Great for long stays. The neighborhood has become my favorite in Quito. The host is very responsive and accommodating. The apartment is clean with a full functioning kitchen, the patio is a plus. I greatly recommend staying here.
