Monthly Rentals in Metropolitan City of Palermo

The place is spacious and has every little thing you could wish for (expect sun). And it's very quiet in a welcome contrast to Palermo. Laura was very kind and responsive. Thank you!

Very nice stay in Palermo, Germana is a very considerate and available host, Really nothing to say, the place is close to everything, In a lively neighborhood, It's true a little noise and hustle and bustle but no problem. Silvana's place is just as described. I stayed there for a month. The price-performance ratio for a monthly stay was incredible. There was no comparison to other places. I also loved the area and location of the apartment. There is no direct proximity to bars or restaurants, so it's not as loud as most places in the city. On the weekends, there are some parties down the street, but if you can tolerate it for a couple of hours, it's nothing compared to other locations in the city. The whole city center is vibrant on the weekends.

A wonderful place to stay with so much within walking distance. The apartment was lovely and had everything you need, especially comfortable beds. Davide was very attentive and answered any questions super quickly and even met us to help check in. Great place and great host.
