Lightrail, uber/lyft are always great but if you are traveling short distances, like to Sloan park, grab a Bird scooter rental or lime bike! Download the apps to help you locate them! They are all around this area! Please note I do have 1 security camera pointed outside to the front of the house for security reasons. Thanks for understanding! The house is located on University Ave, which makes for great fast access to many different locations but please do note that during heavy traffic hours it can be heard from inside the front of the home. The bedrooms are however located on the back side of the house for quiet sleeping arrangements.

Your favorite steamed coffee beverage, hot tea and continental breakfast (yogurt, juice, croissants, fruit, etc.) are all included with your listing. Enjoy all pictured spaces indoors and outdoors. Your room and bathroom are private with a queen bed, premium linens, a closet, Wi-Fi, Netflix, a desk and more. You may enjoy maximum privacy and come and go thru the independent entry. Alternatively you are welcome to use the front door, the kitchen & fridge, the front and back patios and all other living spaces. The front door is equipped with smart lock you may open with your smartphone; your room independent entry has a traditional key.
