We offer a fully furnished 1 bedroom with a king size bed, bathroom, living room area with a TV, futon which could sleep 1, full kitchen (no dishwasher). It's the addition to our house that is a separate living space with it's own entrance, L shaped back yard, air/heat. WiFi included. Tonto national forest, Saguaro lake, Salt river tubing and wild horses, kayaking, CUBS park, downtown Tempe, casino, Sky Harbor airport, beautiful hiking at Superstition Mountains are 20 min away. Our clean comfortable home is situated in the east valley. Close to restaurants, freeway and shopping. A king bed and double hide-a-bed in living room to accommodate 3 people. Microwave, mini-fridge, coffee pot in the suite. There is no access to a full kitchen. Per Airbnb’s policy, we want you to know we have a camera with exterior video surveillance. No animals. No tobacco or vaping allowed on the property. Only registered guest allowed on property. Not appropriate for kids

Beautiful home located close to downtown Scottsdale, ASU,Fashion Square Mall, Mill Ave, Tempe Marketplace, Spring training fields. Rental includes full kitchen, four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and living room and dining room. Home is not shared with owner or any other guests not in your own party. Plenty of parking for 2 vehicles on our driveway and plenty of street parking also. Garage not included. Security camera outside front door & garage.
