Quiet setting and nice accommodation... and close tram access to enjoy Bordeaux

Very beautiful house - functional and modern with a beautiful terrace and pool. Good quality bedrooms, several very convenient bathrooms. Parking is available in front of/in the house and for those who are switching to electric, the possibility of recharging (a real plus). A modern kitchen, charcoal BBQ area for grilling. House located in a cul-de-sac and therefore very quiet. Listening and responsive host. We had a lovely stay (the weather was great). I recommend it for a family and friends gathering with the option to visit the Bordeaux vineyard 20 minutes away or the bay/ocean.

Perfect place to stay for a Bordeaux stay. We - 3 married couples - felt very comfortable with Julie. The house with balcony in a secluded courtyard situation is located in the atmospheric district of Chartrons - the stroll starts right from the front door. The Garonne - and the nearest tram station - are just a few steps away.

Two beautifully decorated bedrooms, cool even in summer. Not a sound except for the surrounding nature. A large swimming pool ideal for relaxing after a long journey. A very attentive and friendly host. Exactly what we needed for this stopover night on our way back. Thank you!

Great communication with the host from the start. Really easy to find the apartment, thats peaceful even though its in the centre. Close to shops and bars.

A haven of peace not far from the train station, the nearby tram allows access to the heart of the city very quickly. The garden is a real plus. François is very available, and responsive they recommend good places in the city and its surroundings. Self access to the house is a plus and access via a code for our large group was perfect.

We said we'd be back, we did it and we'll do it again. Very pleasant stay, quiet and very close to our grandchildren. Thanks to Sophie for hosting us. See you soon.

Felt like home Fafa & Claire are amazing! I have great memories and my stay is the highlight of my trip. Great location central to the train station/flex bus and new upcoming areas of Bordeaux such as Darwin/ their area which has great views of the city but still 20 walk from the city centre!

beautiful apartment, with all amenities, no need to buy anything, code entry system, facilitating access without needing hosts even for a late check-in. the hosts are full of attention, when I arrived I found a note for me, coffee... i highly recommend this place

A very nice meeting, beautiful moments shared and always rich and interesting exchanges!:) The apartment is very easy to access (right next to the tram), very pleasant to live in and above all very well decorated! The room is nice and the bed very comfortable. I would recommend it without a second thought!

What a find in downtown Barcelona!! We needed to check in early because of an early train and Thomas was extremely cooperative and responsive. The apartment is quiet and nicely furnished and in a wonderful location. We hope to visit again.

Nice little place that Romain offered us. The only comment we can make is that the accommodation is a little tight for 4 people as mentioned in the listing.
