Located a few kilometers from Bourg-sur-Gironde, our studio, independent of our home, awaits you on the upper floor of our house. 30 m² space, facing the garden, completely new. Equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, range hood). Sofa bed. Sleeping area with a 160 cm wide bed. Bathroom with shower and toilet. (sheets, towels, tea towels, paper towels, dishwasher tablets) Access to our garden. Our hens will provide you with eggs free of charge.

Holidays in the middle of the city! This adorable outbuilding will surprise you with its calm and location. You can take advantage of its small town garden with swimming pool to cool off on summer evenings. A stone's throw from the barrier of Bègles you will find a variety of famous small food shops and several bus stops to reach the city center of Bordeaux via the Saint Jean train station. You can reach Place de la Bourse in 20 minutes!

The check-in is independent a kitchenette,a shower room and WC. For sleeping:a 140 cm mezzanine bed ( not accessible to people with reduced mobility, to infants. A sofa bed (140). Respect silence from 11 p.m.

25 m2 independent studio at the edge of the woods

Accommodation in a pleasant neighborhood outside of St Médard (Magudas). An adjoining staircase will lead you to the studio, accessible via a separate entrance through the garden. The dog will warn of your arrival and then be very affectionate. Careful cleaning with disinfection before your arrival. 20 m2 renovated, air-conditioned and fully-equipped accommodation. It's comfortable, quiet and bright. On sunny days, you will enjoy your private and unoverlooked terrace. It is suitable for a person or a couple with a baby. Free street parking is available. Free cancellation up to 5 days before check-in. During the week check-ins are from 5pm and check-outs are at 11am. And on weekends from 2pm and checkouts at 11am.

The 30m² suite is upstairs in a townhouse. We are close to amenities (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy...) and transport. You can stay up to 4 people thanks to a double bed and a convertible sofa (rapido type). You also have kitchenette and private bathroom. All linen (sheets and towels) is provided. Bordeaux train station can be reached in 10 minutes by car or 25 minutes by public transit.

Studio of about 30 m2 composed of a small kitchen, a sofa bed, a dressing room, a mezzanine with a double bed. The place can accommodate up to 4 people. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, towel dryer. Sheets and towels are provided. Access is through the garage of the house and then you have your private space. Hand delivery of keys between 6pm and 9pm.
