It is close to a shopping mall, airport, train station, restaurants, art and culture because of its position in relation to tram stations, buses (beaches), bicycles, etc. You will appreciate our accommodation for the tranquility that emerges, its amenities, comfort, my availability and responsiveness. Your accommodation is suitable for the solo or business traveler, or 1 couple with 2 children or 3 adults with a child from 0 to 3 years old.

Nice studio, recently renovated, with independent access and private terrace. The mezzanine (accessible by a scale type miller see photo) and its double bed allow to enjoy the entire surface of the studio. Close to the center of Mérignac (shops, market, cinema, restaurants) and access to the historic center of Bordeaux. For travelers with children, loan of childcare equipment possible (umbrella bed, high chair...) No additional fees for children <12 years old.

By car, a parking space is available, equipped with an electric vehicle charging socket. Ideal geographical location to visit Bordeaux and its beautiful region (Arcachon Bay, wine castles) or to go to the Bordeaux University Hospital (Haut Lévêque, Pellegrin, Saint-André, Carreire Campus).

A peaceful oasis 15 minutes from the center of Bordeaux. This winegrower's house, built at the beginning of the 20th century, has been renovated by combining tradition and modernity to welcome you in a peaceful atmosphere full of charm. A geographical location that makes it a great starting point to discover the city of Bordeaux of course but also the surrounding vineyards, the ocean and the Arcachon Bay. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Guests can enjoy a terrace with Jacuzzi (until 10pm maximum). Private parking on the ground floor that can accommodate several cars is available, by reservation only, at the rate of €15/day/car. The geographical location is ideal: you can discover most of the city on foot. Occupancy is 10 people maximum.

The supermarket is 300 m from us.
