Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Mendocino

Lynn’s property & place is beyond beautiful & such a peaceful setting. A perfect place for a couple to relax & reconnect. Lynn was very welcoming….we even had a bottle of local wine waiting for us on arrival. Such a nice touch! The view & grounds are lovely. We enjoyed most going out exploring & returning here for a quiet evening looking out the windows to this quiet & breathtaking pastoral setting.

We loved our two nights at Amy’s place with our two pups! I wish we would have planned to stay longer, there was a lot more to explore in the area! It was SO clean. We usually feel like we need to re-clean just to feel ok in Airbnb’s but Amy’s place felt like we were staying at a friend’s place that we trusted. The homemade delivered muffins were a treat and she gave us some awesome local recommendations. The bed was comfortable and it was super quiet!

A magical Mendocino stay. My family and I always enjoy our time in this cute seaside village. Delightful views and great location to explore the area and trails.

The Treehouse was a beautiful spot in a beautiful location. It’s close to lovely shops, the views from the room are gorgeous, and the host is very welcoming and thoughtful. I highly recommend it!

This is a great apartment with a spectacular view. If you are a bird watcher or nature lover, you will flip! There are sea birds, sea lions, herons and egrets right outside your window. It is also very easy short walk to the Tides Wharf with restaurant, snack bar, gift shop and fish market. Megan was always available and responsive to our many questions.

This is my second stay with Diane and John. Perfect location for wine-tasting and exploring all the Healdsburg area has to offer. Love the cottage! Clean, private, very peaceful. Located far enough from downtown Healdsburg to be quiet, but only a ten minute drive to/from the center of town. The vineyard location is wonderful! Diane and John are excellent hosts! Will hopefully be able to stay there again next year! Gary (San Francisco)

Her spot is super central and a block or two from the plaza. Could not have been easier to get around, park, walk to restaurants and everything we wanted to do. This is a centrally located, clean, super comfy apartment one floor above some nice local businesses - so a little more commercial vibe than residential, and absolutely comfortable, clean, safe, and easy inside and out. Very much recommend!

Cute little place, that was wonderfully setup. Perfect for my quick stay in Santa Rosa! Helpful hosts with great communication.

I felt like I was Anne of Green Gables on Prince Edward Island. This is the most beautiful place to make family memories. The house, the property, the town, the coast... our expectations were off the chart met. We hope to come back. It is magical and Will was very responsive and helpful.

Really enjoyed the location and the enclosed patio so we could sit outside and enjoy the ocean view keeping out of the wind. Lots of things to do in the area if you like hiking and exploring.

We also loved all your books :) One of us was on a working trip, rather than a hiking trip, and your lovely home helped make staying behind the best that could be! We had such a wonderful and relaxing time at Jason’s house. The views were amazing and the location is the best we’ve stayed in at Sea Ranch. The path to the bluff trail was right next to the house and just a short walk you get to amazing tide pools (my daughter and I woke up early to make it at low tide!) and really the best pacific coast views. Jason’s house was immaculate and we really appreciated how complete the kitchen was!! And the blue bottle and intelligentsia coffee beans were a great treat. The hot tub was also great to use after swimming in the rec center. Thank you Jason!!

We love this place so much that we came back for a second time. Peaceful home. Kid and dog friendly. Spent our days at tide pools and hiking through redwoods. Cant beat the location.

Dale and Linda , Have the most beautiful and peaceful place ever. Respond fast anytime we asked and the view is just amazing. It was so hard to leave today and so flexible when it came to check in and check out time.:) I cannot wait to go back the most extraordinary Place we have been to. Wow, what a gorgeous space. We loved waking up to the towering redwoods and morning sun and stargazing at night. Six of us + a dog slept comfortably and Kira was nice enough to provide some extra bedding for us. The location is A+ with all of Philo/Boonville and the coast to explore. We will be back!

We had an absolute fantastic stay with our 2 pups. Totally dog friendly and very private and secluded. We could hear the waves crashing against the cliffs and beaches and the seals barking were awesome! We would for sure without doubt stay again.

A great place for a family vacation. We had a single level property with a nice patio that lead to a huge grass common area and a play structure for the kids. Pool was also a short 1 minute walk, had a great hot tub, small wading pool for the kids, and a heated large pool. We spent almost all of our time there. Arcade games were also accessible in main lobby area. Room had AC and anything we needed to our own food. Grocery store was within 5 minute drive.

Perfect location in the quaint town of Windsor! Short drive to the Windsor Green, Healdsburg Square, and wineries. The space is clean and well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The room and all accommodations were exactly as expected! If you're heading to Clear Lake, this is a great place to stay and LaTonya was a wonderful host.

Great place with a short walk to the lake. The lobby has a pool table, arcade, etc. A flock of ducks roam around and comes up to the sliding glass door asking for bread which was pretty cool. Good place to stay!

We stayed as part of a large family reunion, with family members in various units in this complex. This worked out really well, and management was kind enough to allow us to have a BBQ on the patio near the main entrance building. Very enjoyable stay overall

A wonderful place for a longer stay. I only was in town for a short visit, but definitely would recommend to someone who wants a mini-apartment while they explore Sonoma wine country. The facility provides lots of activities for kids and it’s very family friendly.

Family-oriented resort, with loads of amenities. Not much once you step off the property unless you drive into Lakeport.

Such a great place. Next time we're in Clear Lake we will definitely stay again. The resort is beautiful with wonderful views and great amenities. Magalie was an excellent host. She communicated clearly and even checked on us to make sure we were doing well. We'll be back.
