Vacation rentals with breakfast in Mendocino

We had a great stay at Amber’s place. The home was just as described. We stayed for three months and appreciated the spacious rooms. We took an easy walk to Lily cove every day and loved to see new boats arriving as the spring weather improved. Our fur baby loved doing zoomies in the back yard and chasing sky raisins 😀. It was so great to have such a responsive and understanding host! Minor mechanical issues were resolved promptly and we never felt inconvenienced.

Mike & Theresa are wonderful hosts! My family and I enjoyed our stay. My toddler and 8 month old had no problems sleeping. Be mindful that there are stairs to get into property in case of heavy luggage or little ones. Wonderful location with restaurants nearby and parks as well. Would definitely recommend and come back for another stay!

Larry’s place was perfect for my family’s needs. Plenty of space for 4 guests. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of supplies to help us create meals at home. We loved having coffee and meals in the peaceful backyard garden. We also enjoyed walking along the nearby creek. Larry was kind and helpful in any way I needed. I would most definitely stay here again. Thanks, Larry.

This is definitely in my top 3 of Airbnbs in which I have ever stayed. Jess thinks of everything and the location and property are absolutely beautiful. From the road leading up to the home with cute little goats popping by to say hello to the extremely comfy beds, linens and thoughtful sound machines, Jess has thought of it all. Not only would I absolutely recommend this Airbnb, but I hope to return with my family! Thank you for such a beautiful stay Jess!!! Xx

The girls had a great time! Our wedding was just down the road and it made it a great place to stay for the bride and her bridesmaids. Would recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in Sonoma County!

We had such a lovely stay at this charming vintage house! The home has so much character and was perfectly peaceful—set in a quiet neighborhood but only a 3-minute drive to downtown for great food and coffee. The host was absolutely wonderful—so kind and welcoming. She even baked us a delicious pie during our stay, which was such a thoughtful and memorable touch. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a cozy retreat with a truly amazing host!

We are very pleased with our stay at this cozy little home. It had plenty of room for our party, was clean, and had a stocked kitchen. The house is a little on the older side, so there are some upgrades that are needed, but for what you pay, it is well worth it. Sandy is very clear and concise in her directions, and is always available to answer your questions. I would definitely stay at Sandy's home again.

Sherry was very responsive and very flexible with checkout which we appreciated. you need a car as there's not much within walking distance. the neighborhood is quiet and although the unit is a bit dated, it has everything you need.

Met our expectations. Large space for a studio, great well-supplied kitchen, nice balcony with a grill. Murphy bed was as comfy as a regular bed thanks to a thick mattress.

This airbnb has a lot going for it. It is two blocks away from the train station, across the street from Whole Foods, one block from a very good mexican eatery that is well loved by locals, and within 10 minutes from downtown. But for someone having to downsize, Austin went above and beyond. I’m so glad I stayed here. To be helped when you need it most, that’s everything!

Absolutely one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in. It was immaculately clean with vibrant, fun, eclectic decor. We loved the style and setup. It was well equipped and then some! Thoughtful touches. Such a cozy and comfortable place to stay. Bed was very comfortable Nice hot shower with ever toiletry you can think of available for guests. The patio was exceptional, again beautifully decorated. We enjoyed starting our day with coffee out there. Location was perfect. Downtown Petaluma minutes away. Surrounding area has breweries and wineries. Monica was a very attentive host, checking in to see if we needed anything a few times during our stay. Excellent communication. Answered our questions prior to booking. We have family in San Fran and will absolutely make this place our home base whenever we visit.

Wow! We were so lucky to have found Robin's Nest. The place is large, well furnished with a comfortable bed and all the kitchen amenities one can think of. Plus, Robin stocked the refrigerator with breakfast food for us, which meant we didn't have to go out in the mornings to eat. The place is quiet and peaceful and incredibly clean! She has thought of everything. Robin is responsive and quite friendly. I can understand why this place is so very popular. We come to Santa Rosa often and will always try to stay here in the future! The Treehouse was a beautiful spot in a beautiful location. It’s close to lovely shops, the views from the room are gorgeous, and the host is very welcoming and thoughtful. I highly recommend it!

What a delightful stay! Leda is a fantastic host, and her home is absolutely a great find. So quiet and safe. The house backs up onto a salt water lagoon—it’s a nature lover’s paradise. The beds are the best, excellent sleep is in your future here. The location is conveniently located to jump on the light rail to the ferry building and then San Francisco, or go to the Marin coast, or Sonoma. One should not let this opportunity pass by.

Great place to stay. It’s an individual caboose not a shared place. It’s a bnb and even includes breakfast. 10/10 recommend. Such a beautiful place on the lake

This place is dreamy! I stayed in the farmhouse and it’s the place where you check in. It’s a beautiful building with a living room and a fireplace and lots of tables for eating. The food they make here is outstanding. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is shared with the people staying in the other room in the farm house. The other rentals on this property are all within earshot. The staff is accommodating and energetic. This place is great for a big event or a quiet getaway. I will definitely be back!

Dawna's place was perfect for our one-night stay. Dawna has very thoughtfully stocked her place with everything needed, and she greeted us when we arrived to give us a personal tour. We also loved having a glass of wine in the lovely backyard beside the fire pit.

I'm so happy I found this gem. We stayed in the Jenner room - super cute, cozy and clean. It felt a little like we were in Tahoe with a splash of wine country. Bryce and Dana were super accommodating and had great suggestions. The breakfast sandwich was hands down the best breakfast sandwich we had ever had (hope I'm not setting the expectations too high)! Thanks for a great stay and we'll definitely be back!

We stayed here for a girls trip to Napa and it was absolutely amazing! Patricia is an exceptional host and was so sweet and welcoming! We absolutely loved staying here and recommend it if you’re into the area! The sticky buns and fresh coffee were a plus! We will def be back!

We seriously enjoyed the Seagull Inn. The room was well appointed, well decorated and clean. The host was super friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for walking around downtown Mendocino. The breakfast was great and consisted of coffee, OJ, Biscotti, and Excellent Greek yogurt parfait. Highly recommended.

Chris and Don gave us a very warm welcome and immediately made us feel right at home. We had free roam of the downstairs and decks along with hot tub ! We really enjoyed the friendly, engaging conversations about world travels and experiences. Don took us on a tour of his art studio which was also a highlight. We went for a morning jog on their street - which provided gorgeous scenery of vineyards, redwoods, forest, hills, valleys, and deer. Their place, nestled amongst vineyards and redwoods is peaceful and serene while being a short drive to major Sonoma towns in every direction. Breakfast was healthy and delicious. Erik and I are happy to call C & D our friends after this wonderful visit! We will definitely want to stay with them again when we come up for our annual art at the source weekend !
