The property is a renovated, single-story former manor house from the early 1900s that retains the character of the original building. It has 7 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a half bath, and large common areas. It is located on a 6,000-m² (1.5-acre) property. Outside, it features a large Manchego-style patio with a BBQ and a wooded garden with a swimming pool. An ideal place to rest.

El apartamento se encuentra en un edificio histórico construido en los primeros años del siglo XX y ha sido completamente reformado manteniendo su esencia original. Tiene 75m2 y cuenta con un espacioso salón comedor, cocina totalmente equipada, baño y dos amplios dormitorios. Sus seis balcones proporcionan mucha luz natural y crean un ambiente muy acogedor.

The jacuzzi is only plugged in during the summer months from June to August, since it is outdoors and does not heat the water. The house is prepared for eight people. If the rules are not met, I will be forced to communicate it to the platform, since I am having very bad experiences lately with more than 30 people entering the house and they are destroying it. The house is not for that kind of parties. For each person that enters without informing me, it would be €100 more

In Villarrubia de los Ojos you have the possibility to find all the leisure services, bars, restaurants, supermarkets...

The Loft apartment for 1 or 2 people is characterized by its “studio” layout, with a bedroom, kitchen and living room in the same room. Our Loft welcomes you to a cozy and efficient space. It is distributed as follows: 1 bedroom with a bed for 2 people, a living room with a seating area and a work table, and a full bathroom inside the apartment.
