Charming three-bedroom house located in the picturesque village of Restábal, in the magnificent surroundings of the Lecrín Valley. A valley of citrus trees, with a river, swamps, mountains, ravines, and charming villages! The beaches of Motril, Salobreña, and Almuñécar are 30 km away, and downtown Granada is 31 km away. The area is also called the Lower Alpujarra, and the Upper Alpujarra (Lanjaron, Orgiva, etc.) is very close. A village surrounded by nature and tranquility, a perfect place to rest and relax.

Typical Alpujarra cortijo with garden, swimming pool and beautiful unobstructed views of the mountains and sea in the distance. This is the cortijo in which I live and which I have renovated with great care. I rent it out when I'm away.
 Perfect place to relax and enjoy the surrounding nature. Beautiful exterior conducive to relaxation and conviviality: outdoor kitchen and swimming pool surrounded by many trees. 
 In winter, a good stove, wood, enough to spend beautiful evenings by the fire :)

A nice and spacious manor house in Lanjarón.

A restored two-story house that retains many original features, including its hydraulic tile floors, doors, and chestnut wood beams. The entire first floor has incredible mountain views through a large bay window. There is a hall with a bathroom, kitchen, living and dining room, and a 90x200 cm bed. On the second floor (with a wide staircase), there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. A full bathroom, a terrace, and a space for working or yoga.

Lake House

Restabal, an idyllic village with spectacular views, surrounded by numerous hiking, biking and motorcycle trails. The casita is perfect if you don't want to choose between a quiet location, a beach vacation and a city trip. You can reach Granada in 30 and the coast in 25 minutes by car, while you can experience the serenity of real Spain in Restabal. Within a few minutes' walk, you can reach the river, reservoir, various restaurants, the supermarket and a pharmacy

Casa Amaranta

Casa Amaranta is a charming little house located on the edge of the Poqueira Ravine. It has wonderful views from the rooms of the house. The cozy atmosphere with a decoration full of details, invite you to spend a few days of tranquility and peace in Capileira. The house was originally the block of a family home and has been carefully restored. The Climalit windows were installed in September 2017, as were the hot water heater and ceramic hob.

Casa Rural El Gollizno (rural house) is located in Moclín, 35 km from Granada, surrounded by a rich historical legacy and in a superb setting with spectacular views of Sierra Nevada (mountain range); it is an attractive place to stay at any time of year. It offers everything from absolute rest to all kinds of outdoor activities in an idyllic, natural setting. Remember that to access the accommodation, you must complete the traveler registration.

La Almunia de Nigüelas is an accessible country house in the heart of nature, in an area of high environmental protection (Sierra Nevada National Park). The views are spectacular and the weather is very pleasant. The half-hectare farm is in the Lecrín Valley watchtower. The treatment of agricultural production is organic. Our house is built with natural materials, meeting bioclimatic and environmental sustainability criteria.

You will love my place because it is the perfect place to spend a few days of tranquility and enjoy the pleasant walks along the Mamut route. My accommodation is good for couples, families (with children), and pets. The owners live near the cortijo for any incident or need. Accommodation for a maximum of 4 people. The pool is for the exclusive use of guests, is not shared, and is operational from April to October
