Upper floor: bedrooms and full bathroom. Hiking trails are a 5-minute walk from the accommodation.

It has a communal pool open all year, wifi, air-con, heating, all domestic electrical appliances. Almuñécar is a popular touristic town in the Costa Tropical with very mild temperatures. The apartment is very well located, in front of the prommenade, and the sea and beach. A car is not essential. All services are nearby.

This suite is located on the top floor of our farmhouse, with separate entrance. The suite is designed for your maximum comfort, with a bedroom with a 180x190 cm double bed, a private bathroom with a shower, a private living-dining room with a sofa bed, and a kitchenette (for storing and heating food). It is equipped with underfloor heating and ceiling fans.

Detached house with 150m2 of patio and garden in two terraces and small private pool. The house, 180m2, has on the ground floor living room, distributor, dining room, kitchen and toilet; upstairs three bedrooms, two bathrooms, distributor, laundry and cleaning room. All rooms overlook the garden of the house, some to the Alhambra and Sierra Nevada, and a bedroom to the Placeta del Conde and the garden of our neighbors. There are two smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

The place is perfect if you don't want to choose between a quiet location, beach vacation and city trip. You can reach Granada in 30 minutes and the coast in 25 minutes by car, while in Restabal you can experience the serenity of real Spain. The views are spectacular and the weather is very pleasant. The half-hectare farm is in the Lecrín Valley watchtower. The treatment of agricultural production is organic. Our house is built with natural materials, meeting bioclimatic and environmental sustainability criteria.

Buenavista

Buenavista is a spacious country house with a private swimming pool set in beautifully landscaped gardens. As its name would suggest, it has amazing views of the countryside and the Sierra de Lujar mountains. Buenavista is next to Jasmin Cottage (also available for rent), but is entirely separate from it. Buenavista sleeps 4 adults and 2 children and is a perfect base for exploring Granada, the coast and Las Alpujarras.
