Stunning house in Hampton walking distance to some of the areas best cafes. Alex was an extremely helpful and communicative host. We used the house for a corporate business planning session. The multiple spaces allowed for great collaboration and connection. The house is stunningly decorated, perfect for many combos from families to corporate or a girls weekend away. Comfy beds, great spaces. Can’t say enough about how much we loved this house. Would be even more amazing in summer when it’s not a 0 degree Melbourne day!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect as a short walk to the promenade (some of our group walked/ran to St Kilda each day), supermarket, restaurants and other shopping all a short walk. Close to city for exploring there too. The lounge area is really roomy and everything we needed was available in the kitchen. There is only one bathroom but a second toilet downstairs. Great sound system with bluetooth so was nice to have background music of our own choosing too.

Brads house is large & very modern. Has a great entertaining area.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Roger’s Airbnb! The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. Roger was a fantastic host: responsive, welcoming, and full of great local tips that made my stay even more enjoyable. He went out of his way to ensure I had everything I needed and made me feel right at home. Beautiful house, great interior design. Very comfortable. Had everything needed. Family of 5 with young kids and house was perfect for family and good location to access the beach. Amazing we could bring our dog. We needed garage access which this property had. Couple of things to maybe be aware of - we didnt pick up in the listing (unsure if I overlooked) :Train runs 1x house away really reguarly and continued through the night -potentially disturbing. We specifically seeked a house with a pool and paid extra for this. Aim was to hang around pool for the weekend. But pool was cold and only 1/5th of us could go in and tolerate it. For us this spoilt our weekend plans and we felt we paid extra for something we couldnt use. If we had known we would have paid less for a house without a pool. This for us did spoilt our trip, kids were disappointed. But this may have been listed and overlooked, or our fault for not asking, and was specificaly a need for us- you may be different :)

Excellent location. Beach is the front yard. ple ty of room for a large family. The host always responded. I would stay again.

This was everything we wanted! We were a large group of friends visiting the area for a birthday celebration and to visit wineries. The accomodation fit us all comfortably (as long as you dont mind some bunk beds) and the views from the upstairs loungeroom were magical - think ocean, black swans and beautiful sunsets. We had some trouble getting to the accomm as we came off the ferry and its a 45 min walk. Thought there would be ubers or taxis but there isnt much in the area. Luckily some locals saved us and took us there. Loved our stay and would visit again.

Awesome stay

Raelene has been an amazing host. She goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need and more for a great getaway. From homemade rumballs to wine, a gift basket, a very well stocked fridge and pantry and bubbles and icypoles for our grandson, there was nothing more we could've asked for. We felt right at home from the time we got there. Comfortable beds and sofas in the lounge & well equipped kitchen. Plenty of toys including beach toys for the kids, bikes, a slide and the list goes on. Raelene is by far one of the most amazing hosts. If I could give her ten stars I would. Also, you'll be just across the road from the beach and a short drive to Portarlington for some shopping and a walk on the pier. Thanks for being a great host. We had a great time 😃

Stunning view. Great range of things in the kitchen. Basic discussions etc, but everything we needed with enough beds. It's a 40 minute walk into town, with bike path right out the front. Bring a pillow if you like anything that isn't soft.

We decided to book Gaye’s place as we were nearing the end of our two-week road trip and needed a quiet spot to rest, relax, and prepare for our flight home. We arrived late at night, but Gaye and her husband Barry were there to warmly greet us and show us around. Throughout our road trip, we had been enjoying self check-ins, and at the end of our journey, we were blessed with the warmth of personal hospitality. It was such a beautiful and fitting end to our trip. Thank you!

We loved our stay in this simple, relaxed, comfortable beach house in a beautiful location. The beach over the road is perfect for kids to swim in shallow calm water, and to explore — snorkelling, kayaking, looking for crabs, and watching pelicans. Path along the foreshore great for morning walks. The house had everything we needed. Great to have a grassy backyard for kids to kick a ball, and the deck out the front had a lot more room for sitting and hanging out than the pics show, with a good sized umbrella for hot sunny days. Chelsea was helpful and easy to communicate with — much appreciated! All up, a great break and we’d love to be back.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this listing! Everything was according to the pictures and very clean:) We especially loved the area as it is not too far from the CBD and very close to the beach! Had lovely beach walks daily and ended it with trying out new surrounding cafes! (i suggest Heart Bakes the most!) Will definitely visit this listing again if we're in Melbourne

Chris was very helpful and even offered to help out with transportation options ie gave our party his Ute to use for road trips as he felt sorry for us given the f1 was cancelled. The home was tidy and comfortable and is in an amazing spot for the F1. We hope to come back next year ! (COVID-19 free)

My wife and I and our two teenage daughters had a wonderful, relaxing stay at Chris’s place. The house was perfect, very peaceful with a great family friendly layout and a great secure yard for our dog. Everything we could have needed for a great family holiday was available. The house is a very short and easy walk to the beach, we didn’t use the car all week. Chris was fantastic to deal with, extremely responsive and very helpful all the way through. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. We are already looking at when we can return!

We spent year's eve and New year's day here. We got more than we were expecting. The house was very well equipped and presented. It's located just in front of a quiet beach, wonderful view, you can even see the city of Melbourne from here. It's a %100 recommended place to book. All of us felt lucky to find a place like this one.

We had a fantastic stay at Phil’s place in Portarlington! The house was incredibly spacious and spotless, making it a comfortable retreat for our family. It was well-stocked with essentials, and anything extra we needed was easily sorted with Woolies conveniently close by. The kitchen had a decent-sized fridge, and the laundry area was really handy, especially for a longer stay. The bath was great for the kids, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like board games and beach gear, which made our time at the beach even more enjoyable. Being dog-friendly was a huge plus—we loved that our whole family, including our furry friend, could come along and enjoy the trip together. Phil was also very responsive and flexible, which made our stay even smoother. We really appreciated his hospitality and would happily return. Thanks, Phil!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful 5-bedroom house! The space was perfect for our group—plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. Each bedroom was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated, and the common areas were ideal for hanging out together. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made cooking meals a breeze, and the dining area easily fit all of us. We especially loved the decking area—great for morning coffee. Emily was super responsive and helpful throughout the entire stay, and check-in was smooth and easy. Highly recommend this place for families or larger groups. Would definitely stay here again!

Great views of the bay and the city, straight across from the beach so easy to take the kids to the beach without having to drive. Would stay there again
