One of the earlier homes built in the Ranges, this unique century old Mountain Ash Log Cabin has been extended and updated over the years to create an enchanting haven to call home whether it’s for a night, a weekend or forever. One of the three remaining log cabins built by pioneer Jack Dodd (another being Kelly’s Hotel in Mt Dandenong). Often, you’ll be above the clouds or among them adding to the cathartic ambience. The romantic log-lined lounge hosts a cozy wood fire with a glass of love.

Garden Retreat

Backyard cottage perfect for a reading, writing or artist's retreat. Elevated north facing position and views across to the Dandenongs from the veranda. The garden is tended by a horticulturist. Cook with freshly picked herbs or read under a shady tree. Greensborough, Montmorency and Watsonia stations, parks, restaurants & shopping centres within 2km. Follow the Plenty River (900m) and walk/run/bike down to spot platypus & wombats at Birrarung (6km) or head up the Gorge for wonderful views. 

Klara's Studio: Private rainforest with river

Klara's Studio is our brand-new open plan studio at the Fernglen Forest Retreat. A perfect romantic couples retreat. Featuring a slow combustion fireplace and corner spa/shower with huge double-glazed windows looking onto private forest views. Studio is self contained, offering a split heating/cooling system, a well equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, a queen size bed and sofa bed in the common space as well as a seperate toilet. The veranda provides outdoor seating with forest views.

Myrtle Loft

Myrtle Loft is a comfortable 3-bedroom unit near the peaceful surrounds of Emerald, right in the heart of the Dandenongs. Ideal for families or small groups, the space features two queen bedrooms and a third room with bunk beds – perfect for kids or extra guests. There is also an open plan kitchen and living room with a large fireplace. This unit is attached to a smaller 2 bed property via locked door - there is an option to book both units together as one property - just reach out!

Boasting amazing mountain views, Melazzano features accommodations with a garden and an undercover deck. Close to all the wineries in the Yarra Valley with a short trip to Chirnside and Eastland shopping centers. The Cabin features a 65-inch flat-screen TV with most streaming services. Towels and bed linen are also available as well as the essential Smeg coffee pod machine. A washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, and a large fridge are also available in the cabin.

Cosy Cottage

Nestled in the leafy quiet suburb of Park Orchards, this one bedroom cottage with fully equipped kitchen and living area also boasts its own private outdoor area with BBQ facilities and its own parking spaces. Perfect location, with the Yarra River 10 minutes drive, Eastlink and Eastland 5 minutes drive. Close to many restaurants such as Riverlea, Rosebank, Ember, Olivigna and Potters Cottage. The cottage also has its own washing machine, heating and cooling.

Rustic cabin located on an acreage with panoramic views over the Yarra Valley. Located a short drive to the area's many local attractions including the local wineries and wedding venues. During a stay spy king parrots, kookaburras and wedge tail eagles, pick some lemons or flowers from the garden, test your fitness and wander down the hill and back. Or simply light a fire, read a book and sip some wine while enjoying the view.
