Cozy place, perfect for those looking for comfort and tranquility. I stayed with my family for 4 nights to visit Beto Carrero Park, we came across a super clean and organized place, clean and fragrant bed and bath linens. location was safe, with privacy. We loved our days at this accommodation and we are returning to RJ planning to return for sure, and without a doubt to this accommodation. Congratulations to Hosts.

Tiva and his wife welcomed us very well!! very quiet space, we stayed only one night because we were passing through, we caught a lot of rain on the road and even a clothesline to extend our wet clothes had in the apartment, a great apartment for 4 people!! I'll definitely be back in the summer

Wonderful house! Comfortable, cozy and complete. I felt at home! Cristina was very helpful and left everything well organized and clean. I usually go to Brava every year and this house was simply the best accommodation I've found to date!

Very complete stay, during the reservation I ended up forgetting to include my two-year-old son and soon after communicating with the host Daniel, he kindly still provided an extra mattress and bed and bath linens. We stayed for 5 days, clean, organized and fragrant place had everything we needed even more complete than advertised and was extremely cozy. Parking space with easy access to the apartment, quiet place, close and easy access to Conceição beach. Host always very kind and considerate. I highly recommend the stay. I plan to be back soon!

The house is wonderful, Ezequiel very attentive and careful. We were greeted with a delicious cupcake and the house extremely clean, smelling and tidy! We will certainly be back more often

It is well worth it. I found other places for the same price, but I made the right decision to stay with this one. From the beginning, I was answered in all questions. The accommodation was impeccably clean. Everything in full operation. From the reception we were very well attended. I will definitely come back more often.

The AP is in a very quiet place, foot in the sand. The sea view is wonderful, a beautiful (closed) balcony of glass. All rooms have air conditioning. The building is located for those who really want to rest and want peace of mind. It left a little to be desired in the matter of beach materials, vide chairs (reclining beach chair has enough, high chair is missing) and sand bag (this one does not have). Of the rest, it is complete. The caretaker is very attentive, willing, explains everything right, dear. As we traveled from afar, we ended up arriving just before the time (it was difficult to set the exact time of arrival), and still allowed the entrance. I'd go back there for sure.

Everything was perfect, as agreed. I recommend it to anyone.

New property, kids and impeccable leisure area, excellent host service, perfect location, good both for those who want to know the beaches for the sides of Balneário Camboriú, Itapema or even those who want to give a jump to the sides of bombs, bombs. SUPER RECOMMEND!

We had an amazing experience staying at Naza and Tim’s lovely home. Everything was perfectly clean and organized. The location was perfect and a close walk to the beach! Lisandra was absolutely amazing when handling the check in process and check out. Very helpful and made the experience soo much better. We spent a very good weekend, super cozy guesthouse, like the photos, a wonderful view, crossed the street is already on Lagoinha beach. The center has all great restaurants, shops,supermarkets the best you can walk. Eduardo's left us super will we feel at home. We love our super indico weekend.

The accommodation was great, it was very clean, with clothes and bed and bath in good condition, close to facilities such as the market and restaurants and the hosts were very helpful. I'd definitely stay back in town.
