The space is ample and cozy, with a comfortable balcony and ocean views. It's ideal for families with young children, as it has 4 bedrooms: 1 suite with a double bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, and 1 bedroom with a double bed and an extra bed, plus 1 single bedroom (currently closed, containing the owner's belongings), in addition to 2 single mattresses available. All bedrooms have air conditioning. The living room is spacious, integrated with the balcony and kitchen, with a sofa, armchairs, and LED TV, creating a welcoming atmosphere ideal for family events. The apartment is beachfront, in a fantastic condominium with plenty of green space for children and room to enjoy mate tea or simply relax. It has 2 private parking spaces for medium-sized cars and pickup trucks, and an additional space can be rented nearby for R$50. To reach our property, simply follow Nereu Ramos Avenue to Rua 265 and turn left. Then, continue to the end of the street, by the sea, on the right-hand side, and you will see number 21, where you can park. If you come by car, the space has 2 private parking spaces with the option of renting 1 more in a nearby location for only 50 reais per day.

Building facing the sea :]

In the central area of Meia Praia, oceanfront building (side apartment). Close to bars, shopping malls, restaurants and pharmacies. It has a barbecue grill, internet, garage, 2 bedrooms (1 en-suite with a double bed) and 2 single beds, 1 social bathroom, fully furnished apartment and full kitchen. Bath towel and bed linens. We don't have a beach umbrella and chairs, but you can rent them at a stand in front of the apartment :) Note: There is currently a nearby construction project in progress (in the finishing phase).

Cozy beachfront, on the beach block, 60 meters from the sand. Easily accessible condominium, no stairs, with elevator and internal garage. Smart lock – self check-in. Close to Pier O Porto, with the Hard Rock Café and several restaurants. Super spacious, nicely decorated and airy, close to markets, restaurants, pharmacies, bars, a church, and various shops. We have 1 en-suite bedroom and 2 bedrooms with a shared guest bathroom, an integrated living room and kitchen, and a large balcony. Beach kit available.
