This was an amazing river house. Clean and welcoming, even fresh flowers and a thank you note! The owners go above and beyond to make the stay easy and comfortable. Beautiful view, large yard with room to play. Perfect for families. Had lots of yard/beach toys to use. Home was cozy, comfy and quiet! Kids loved the piano and our pup thoroughly enjoyed the large space outside to hang out. Location was perfect if you want to visit Long Beach , Astoria and Seaside. We will be planning another trip to this home! Highly recommend!

Great place to stay on our recent trip to Astoria Being able to stay in the iconic Short Circuit House was amazing. Richard is a very responsive host, communication since booking was a breeze and check-in was so easy. Nice display of items from Short Circuit as well as some other movie franchises we especially loved all those Star Wars figures!. As for the home, it was lovely, a most comfortable place to stay with everything you'd ever need and the view of the Bridge and the river is also truly stunning.

Beautiful home perched on a hill overlooking the Astoria Bridge, the Columbia River, an active shipping lane and ever-changing weather. Really gorgeous views! The home was very comfortable, spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, well organized and included thoughtful and generous extras. Nicole was always responsive, friendly and prompt in her communications. We highly recommend this lodging and hope to return on a future trip to Astoria.

Jack was a wonderful host! The house was super cute and in a great location walkable to the beach, multiple restaurants, and a grocery store. Nice kitchen with everything you need to cook home made meals, having a washer and dryer was awesome, and the beds were super comfy! Being able to stay here with our pets made our move to the area go smoothly and we were able to find jobs and permanent housing while also being cozy in an actual house for a while.
