amazing high-altitude location with stunning views. we saw beautiful sunsets from the backyard, beautiful sunrises from the front veranda, misty weather, and clouds drifting over the vagamon hills. the caretakers were kind and helpful, and the food was decent, though a bit low on salt. they gave us binoculars and we really enjoyed birdwatching and looking at the hills. the night sky looked good on the last night even with clouds and we even spotted some fireflies. there were some insects at night (unsurprising given the rain and the location). didn’t bother us much though, we were actually fascinated by the colourful ones. overall we had a nice relaxing time and would definitely love to visit again :)

I stayed at Aneesh's property for a week and it was an absolute delight! The hospitality was exceptional, with Aneesh and his family going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Aneesh has been super responsive, from the time of booking, to dropping me to the nearest bus stand. The highlight was the incredible home-cooked meal, which added a personal and unforgettable touch to our stay. Highly recommend for a warm and memorable experience!

Sujit is a great host, he was immediate in response and very helpful. The help around the house are also respectful and kind. Location is amazing, with beautiful views. The house was clean and there were no bugs, even though we were in a lush green location, which we greatly appreciated having gone with a toddler and parents. It was a bit tricky to reach the place as google showed different route every time. But Sujit helped out with letting us know how to navigate through google. It would be helpful to talk to him before starting the trip. All in all it was a great trip! And an amazing stay!

We stayed at Sunila's place for 1 day. She is a great host. The place was very clean and room was big and well-maintained. She cooked delicious food. Overall our stay was very good and we loved it!

Unforgettable experience! No words to describe the hospitality! The stay exceeded all our expectations. The host family is THE best. If you are a nature lover and enjoys human relationships, look no where! The 10 acres farm has good walking trail, small fish pond, coconut tree climbing gear, couple of swings, fresh fruits, hens, rabbits, all varieties of spice plantations, lots of birds, many kinds of trees. The host was super kind to offer everything available on the farm. Food cooked by Seeniya was so delicious! I am not writing about the exact experiences to save the surprise element! I fell little sick one afternoon and I can never forget the way Mr. Soji has helped in getting me to the nearest best hospital in his own car, stayed with me for 4 hours at the hospital and got me back home after I got better! Praising God for the opportunity to meet such a wonderful family! If you are planning to buy some spices, they offer at the best price, don't waste your money elsewhere!

It’s was a wonderful stay@ Marmaram Heritage. I would highly recommend to experience this place to all fellow travelers. Unique property with very private atmosphere for family and friends trips. We enjoyed and looking forward to our next visit again.

One of the best views in an Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in! A truly unforgettable luxury experience with a breathtaking view of the dam and Anchrulli tunnel falls. We visited as a group of friends, and it was the perfect weekend getaway—just the pure sounds of nature all around. The architecture, design, and aesthetics gave the space a premium feel at an affordable price. The room’s balcony view right beside the bed was simply enchanting—something we’d all love to wake up to every day. The caretaker was kind, humble, and made sure we had the best stay possible. The food menu was well laid out, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax in style with stunning views and warm hospitality.

Our stay was for six nights two of which were upgraded. On display is a certificate from the India’s favourite homestay 2024 awards. 1st in their category and it is easy to see why. In every category we can think of we would rate it highly. It was the first six nights of our trip and we cannot believe we will better them. Well done and thank you to George and his team who answered our questions, gave us advice and treated us impeccably. To those who are thinking of booking this accommodation do not hesitate to do so you will not be disappointed.
