The 60 m2 apartment is centrally located in the village of Seignosse, in the quiet of a cul-de-sac. All amenities are close by (bakery, grocery store, hairdresser, etc.). Once in the apartment, you will be seduced by the brightness and tranquility of the place. The living room opens onto a private pond whose colors change with the hours of the day. The 13 m2 covered terrace will allow you to enjoy this idyllic setting around a meal, breakfast... or an aperitif.

Ideally located on the edge of the forest in Mées, 250 m from 2 equestrian centers, 5 km from the spa towns of DAX & SAINT PAUL LES DAX, on the axis connecting Dax to Bayonne and 20 minutes from the beaches of CAPBRETON, HOSSEGOR... Come and discover the south of the Landes! For information: charging of electric vehicles is not allowed, a charging station is available 900 m away. Dogs are no longer allowed due to too much damage, however cats are still allowed.
