Once again delighted with our family stay at Mélanie, Benoit and their little Capucine's 😊 The beauty of the small garden around the house that made us happy on this very sunny stay. 🌞 We even grilled in the evening this time, the smell of laurel basil and flowers in the garden brings us such a beautiful atmosphere of nature. 🌺 The calm was always there, we were able to rest, sleep well as usual, and walk to the beach and the city center very close. It is very convenient not to have to take your car... We did not have time to visit the recommendations that Melanie and Benoit had advised but look forward to returning very soon to discover even more of Royan and its surrounding sites. Thanks again to you 2 for your kindness and thoughtfulness!

Very pleasant stay in François' beautiful villa, tastefully decorated, very well-equipped, with a superb quiet terrace and heated pool. I highly recommend it, ideal for a family stay where young and old have fun at will.

Quiet stay in the countryside with the sound of the river as background music. Ideal for large group stays. The house is spacious, very well-equipped, and tastefully decorated. There is nothing missing and Tony and his wife are very friendly, available and attentive. Canoes allow a safe discovery of the environment for all ages.

well located accommodation that matches the listing. We were 6 adults, a toddler and a dog. 3 beautiful bedrooms and a cocooning exterior. Sandrine offered us the high chair and the umbrella bed. Quiet area and possibility to go to the beach and the center of Royan without problem. We were able to take the accommodation a little earlier in the day. Really nothing to complain about and to recommend without problem. Thank you!

We had a great time at Denis's place. Host with unparalleled responsiveness and kindness, a real joy. The house is ideally located, quiet and everything is within walking distance. We had a lovely stay at Bernadette's. She is very welcoming and available if we have a problem or question. Her place is very nice especially when you have a dog 🐕(the garden is fenced and secure). No parking worries, you can park inside. We highly recommend her accommodation if you pass by the area!

Excellent accommodation right in the countryside. Very quiet location and also well suited for longer stays. We were received in a very friendly manner and received valuable tips for the area. Thank you to Jean-Baptiste's family for this relaxing stay!

Nice house, nothing was missing. It is clean and in a very quiet area. Very close to Domino where there is a grocery store, bakery and market. You can rent bikes right next door or in Domino. Sonia was super nice. The Les Sables restaurant at the campsite was lovely!

Gorgeously located gem in the heart of Cognac, this is a super apartment ideal for enjoying the areas beauty - perfect for long strolls, accessible to Cognac's best eateries and only a stone's throw from the famed distilleries.

Great stay at Stéphanie's villa. The hosting was warm and pleasant. The house is superb, very well equipped and the nuxe toiletries on each bed upon arrival offers a real plus. The pool was heated and easy to use. The beach is 500m away and it's easy to walk there. We 100% recommend this house for a weekend away with family or friends! We'll be back with pleasure, thanks again ☺️

The house is beautiful, the park is nice and the hosts are welcoming. Everything is together for a lovely stay at this place.

Wild Dunes was even better than we expected. Clean, bright, airy with good size rooms and air conditioning in the main rooms. A beautiful garden, with a great pool, loungers and furniture plus outdoor games (petanque court, chess, darts, table tennis). 10-15 mins by bike to the local boulangerie and port. 1 hours walk to the lighthouse which was great with the dog. Clara and Pascal were lovely hosts. Always willing to help and make suggestions, without being obtrusive. While it was not an issue for us and only my opinion, the garden is great for adults and older children but not what I would call 'foolproof' for young children or 'excitable' dogs. Various steps, flagstone paths with pebbles and only a small grassy area offer some risk of accident. Having said that the pool was great, with good safety features and our dog had a great time communicating with the other dogs and there was plenty of room at the front and sides to sniff around. So maybe I'm over thinking it.

I just got back from my great weekend, beautiful place, super nice and very quiet, a total disconnect. Very welcoming, pleasant, super friendly and very accommodating hosts. Thank you very much again for allowing me to organize this reunion. Recommended++++

Beautiful house, very good bedding and very well maintained / easy to use (ground floor). The fenced and secure park (with playground) for children - ideal! Living room with wood stove, very pleasant in the evening and cocooning - a haven of peace. Very responsive host on the platform, beach recommendations and easy communication. In short, a great place.

I am particularly satisfied with my stay in this beautiful, well-equipped and decorated studio, 10 meters from Grande Conche beach, quiet, with a beautiful terrace and a parking space. Very nice environment and very welcoming and friendly neighbors. As for Alexandre, he is super responsive and very friendly. I'll go back next year, without a second thought.
