Very nice apartment in the city center with a parking space for the car. We were able to do all the activities on foot ( sea, walk...). The host is available and meets our needs. The apartment is clean and exactly matches the photos and descriptions.

The apartment, on the ground floor of a house, refurbished, is very nice: nice decor, beautiful kitchen, excellent bedding, quiet, close to the beach and good restaurants. Arnaud and Fanny are lovely and gave us all the necessary information.

Dominique's welcome went very well and with a much appreciated flexibility of schedule. Clean apartment matching the description, a large balcony ... a real plus to enjoy the late afternoon. Quiet residence with swimming pool, great for children, easy walking access to the city center with all its shops and restaurants... and the port growing slightly. Great things to do around! I recommend without a problem!

Charming accommodation..Soulac is a very pretty little town with its old houses full of nostalgia Would definitely come back again

The apartment has an amazing amount of light and is very confortable. The kitchen well equipped. From here we could walk to the beach, to the Corniche, to the bakery, to the market and to some really nice shops in Royan. We even walked to the cinema though it was a bit far. A great location to get to enjoy Royan.

We had a great 3 days The accommodation is perfect clean and the view is very beautiful The hosts are very friendly My 4 year old son said he preferred to stay in this apartment than enter our house 🤪😂 We will come again It was cool 👍
