Beautiful Villa in a nice peaceful location

Very pleasant stay in François' beautiful villa, tastefully decorated, very well-equipped, with a superb quiet terrace and heated pool. I highly recommend it, ideal for a family stay where young and old have fun at will.

Large and beautiful Charentaise house with swimming pool and barbecue with many advantages, games room, 5 spacious bedrooms, pleasant living room for 12 people. Secure outdoor parking for 3 vehicles.

The house was superb - spacious, smart and very well-equipped in every respect. It has a lovely pool, pool house and poolside lounging area, which our children and grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed. Its location in Saint-Palais-sur-Mer is great, with one beach (Plage du Platin) within easy walking distance and others (Grand Coté, Bureau and Nauzan) just a little further away. There is a good boulangerie (which serves pizzas in the evening) and a seafood supplier just 5 minutes walk away. We would be very happy to stay with Catherine again and thoroughly recommend the house.

Hello, this is the second time I have come to spend some time in this villa under the pine trees of Charente Maritime. A timeless place, with the beach nearby, a place where it's good to put down your suitcases, to consume without moderation. Quiet stay in the countryside with the sound of the river as background music. Ideal for large group stays. The house is spacious, very well-equipped, and tastefully decorated. There is nothing missing and Tony and his wife are very friendly, available and attentive. Canoes allow a safe discovery of the environment for all ages.

It is truly a quiet, peaceful and exotic cocoon. We were hosted very well by Laurence. Very quiet environment and close to the center of Saint-Georges de Didonne and the beaches. The accommodation is clean and contains all the necessary equipment to spend a few days there. The outdoors is very well laid out. Despite the cool temperatures, we were able to make the most of the garden and house. Thanks to Laurence and her husband for hosting us, we will come back without hesitation!

Beautiful address at the port of Meschers in a quiet environment, even if the restaurants and the port are a short walk from the rental. The house is even better in real life than in the photos! Very spacious, well-equipped, everything is there for a good time spent with family!

well located accommodation that matches the listing. We were 6 adults, a toddler and a dog. 3 beautiful bedrooms and a cocooning exterior. Sandrine offered us the high chair and the umbrella bed. Quiet area and possibility to go to the beach and the center of Royan without problem. We were able to take the accommodation a little earlier in the day. Really nothing to complain about and to recommend without problem. Thank you!

Excellent stay, large living space, private garden without a view, kitchen with all the necessities. Only a toilet downstairs, we found it annoying. And we are also not a fan of fragrance sticks everywhere in the house. Enclosed property with parking, at the edge of the residential area. All in all very satisfied.

We were delighted with our stay at Héloïse's, a small peaceful oasis in the middle of relaxing countryside. The accommodation is lovely, tastefully furnished, very convenient. Héloïse is super nice and Pio is adorable. We recommend this property.

New accommodation, tastefully decorated, open to a peaceful patio that invites you to relax. Ideally located between the various beaches and a 25-minute walk to the iconic Royan market. Emmanuelle is available, warm and gives good advice.

Great stay with the family in this pretty and very comfortable house close to the sea. We really enjoyed the peaceful and wooded environment of this house. Many things are within walking distance: beach, market, park,… Excellent service and communication thanks to Valentin! We'll be happy to go back!

Once again delighted with our family stay at Mélanie, Benoit and their little Capucine's 😊 The beauty of the small garden around the house that made us happy on this very sunny stay. 🌞 We even grilled in the evening this time, the smell of laurel basil and flowers in the garden brings us such a beautiful atmosphere of nature. 🌺 The calm was always there, we were able to rest, sleep well as usual, and walk to the beach and the city center very close. It is very convenient not to have to take your car... We did not have time to visit the recommendations that Melanie and Benoit had advised but look forward to returning very soon to discover even more of Royan and its surrounding sites. We had a very nice week at Angélique's. his friendly house is very nice, very clean, well-equipped Very nice host who immediately puts you at ease with good tips about places to visit our little dog loved the presence of the donkeys and the goat. From booking our short notice stay, we had Benadettes full attention. Her communications were warm and welcoming. Her home is beautiful, tastefully furnished / decorated and comfortable.
