Welcome to my house, completely renovated in 2024 with eco-friendly materials in Vaux-sur-Mer, located just 450 meters from the Conseil beach and the Chemin des Douaniers, the bike path throughout the Royan region, offering an idyllic getaway on the Atlantic coast. Only 800 m from the center of Vaux, 1 km away is Pontaillac de Royan beach with the Casino, while Nauzan beach with the famous "White House" in St Palais-sur-Mer is only 800 meters away.

5 minutes from Royan, close to the beaches and Saujon, perfect for a stay or for treatments. Completely renovated and well-equipped studio, single-story with terrace and small patio. Suitable for 2 guests. On-site parking. Close to amenities, quiet area. Sheets and towels provided from 2 nights, for 1 night I ask €10 for cleaning. The accommodation is adjoining my home but set back, preserving privacy.
