I recommend this accommodation, you can't find better in terms of location, you're facing the sea and even if the weather is not nice you can enjoy the view behind the large windows, the house is very well equipped, ideal house for gatherings with family or friends, bike path just opposite, easy to park off-season. Very responsive and available host.

Pleasant stay and exactly what I needed….

My husband and I loved the apartment and Pierrick and Eve were very welcoming and helpful. Little personal touches like fresh flowers completed the feeling of being at home. Beautiful surroundings, excellent location and perfect amenities. A gem. Would highly recommend it and would come back.

Very nice accommodation in the middle of the city. It was hot, so I wanted to open the windows but the restaurants are open very late at night and are very noisy. Unable to sleep before 1 a.m. I missed blackout shutters. The day appears very, very, very early: around 6:30 a.m. in early summer. Please note, the air conditioning is a mobile device. It is therefore rather an air extractor, noisy, which requires opening the windows... I had issues with the parking badge not working. Medhi was very responsive in trying to find solutions. For organizational reasons, and simplicity (which is far from the parking lot...) I parked in the November 11th square which is free. Except, in the morning, there are often events and the signs are not legible. So my car was impounded. In the end, the parking cost me a lot! For the WIFI, remember to check the code, the one indicated on the site is not the right one.

Anthony and Virginie offer a BEAUTIFUL and FUNCTIONAL place to stay. The master suite is a big plus. Everything is tastefully decorated, everything is impeccable and looks new! Located right next to a pedestrian street, it's very easy to walk from the doorstep. Responsive and flexible, Anthony and Virginie allowed us to arrive and leave at times that were favorable to us! Nothing to say, everything was perfect, thank you for everything.

Beautiful Villa in a nice peaceful location

the house is ideal and spacious for 8 people, it is very clean and very well-equipped. the beds are comfortable. nice decoration. the outside is very nice, barbecue, garden furniture, deckchairs... no negative points. we are a 10-minute walk from the beach and free parking spaces near the house. i would highly recommend.

The house was superb - spacious, smart and very well-equipped in every respect. It has a lovely pool, pool house and poolside lounging area, which our children and grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed. Its location in Saint-Palais-sur-Mer is great, with one beach (Plage du Platin) within easy walking distance and others (Grand Coté, Bureau and Nauzan) just a little further away. There is a good boulangerie (which serves pizzas in the evening) and a seafood supplier just 5 minutes walk away. We would be very happy to stay with Catherine again and thoroughly recommend the house.

Beautiful address at the port of Meschers in a quiet environment, even if the restaurants and the port are a short walk from the rental. The house is even better in real life than in the photos! Very spacious, well-equipped, everything is there for a good time spent with family!

As soon as we arrived, Nicole was welcoming. His house is amazing, perfect in the heat with the pool, but also close to many cities with lots of activity!

We had a wonderful stay. The host was very attentive, with simple and pleasant communication throughout the stay. The accommodation is a real little cocoon, beautifully furnished, with a refined and soothing decor that invites you to relax. A little gem that I recommend without so much as a second thought! I treasure the address for a future trip.

Wonderful stay at Antoine's. The house is superb, at least as much as in the photos, quiet behind the harbor in a cul-de-sac, while being a 5-minute walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. The courtyard / terrace is a real plus, spacious, pleasant and well vegetated, as well as the winery to store things and leave more places in the house. Comfortable bedding, super well-equipped kitchen, everything is there! Lots of things to do in the Côtinière or not far away, you don't get bored, with or without children. Antoine was very responsive to the info, and so was Laurent who welcomed us. In short, great value for money!

The apartment is in a very good location right in front of the beach and very close to the port and the city center. You can walk everywhere. It is spacious, very well arranged and equipped. Perfect for 6 people without being on top of each other. The views from all the rooms are breathtaking from morning to night. Really a nice place.

Very nice apartment, beautiful decoration, spacious, 2 very large bedrooms each with its own bathroom Large living room and beautiful, very well-equipped kitchen (appliances and dishes) dishwasher, oven, microwave, stove, washing machine and dryer. Parking space. Sea view and sea 100 m away. Valerie's kindness and her little attention. 5 minutes' walk to the beautiful beach of Pontaillac, its restaurants and shops. Conclusion: it was perfect, you can go there without so much as a second thought.
