Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Medianía Baja

Gia's ZEN house was just what we wanted for our family gathering of 6 adults and 5 kids. Away from all the tourists but within a short drive to beaches and rainforest, beautiful forest flora and birds, a sense of privacy (even though neighbors are close by), clean and comfortable, the pool and covered patio were definitely the gem of the entire stay.

Really loved our stay! It was perfect for what we needed it for. Spent the days at El Yunque (SO CLOSE!! - 8 min drive without traffic) and our evenings on the farm. We didn’t mind the cold showers (relief from the PR heat!) or noise from the road (we’re city folk). The Cigar Shop, Bar & pizza were awesome for entertainment and easy dinner (+ the mojitos were delicious). The farm cats were quickly made our best friends & the outdoor space was warm and welcoming - reading in the hammock was a highlight.

Arnaldo was really nice and communicative host. He went above & beyond for us to make sure we enjoyed our stay & things went smoothly. The place was a nice space and perfect for the group. Would definitely book again

Nita provided everything we needed—and even things we didn’t realize we’d need but found incredibly useful. She was kind, attentive, and quick to respond to any questions or suggestions. Her place was not only safe but also impeccably organized, making our stay even more comfortable

I can't recommend this Airbnb in Puerto Rico enough! Our stay was simply amazing. The property had a beautiful pool that was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Plus, it was conveniently located within short driving distance of fantastic restaurants, charming cafés, and the gorgeous beaches. We loved being able to stroll out and enjoy the local scenery whenever we wanted. This place truly made our trip unforgettable.

My family and I had a great time staying. Hosts were very quick with responses and accommodated everything we needed. We have family a couple doors down so the location is perfect and it’s not too far from manyyy beautiful beaches ! But having your own private pool for days you don’t want to get sand everywhere was perfect ! The house is very spacious and perfect for a family vacation home to stay in. We can’t wait to come back and stay again ❤️

STAY HERE! Perfect spot for a small family. And some of the best hosts we’ve come across on this app. We booked this last minute due to a bad experience we had at a different air bnb. Annie offered for us to check in early because we explained the situation. Very responsive, kind, and helpful. The location is perfect. Beach, pool, rooftop, hot tub. Couldn’t ask for a better spot. Book it. You won’t regret it.

This property in Loiza was the perfect location to everything. good distance to lot of activities we wanted to do. It was very easy to find. The home inside was exactly as described. It was very nice to have chairs and beach towels to use for the beach! We visited many of the surrounding beaches but the beach that is right behind the property is very nice too. Super peaceful.

Couldn't have been more surprised and excited about the amazing beach just steps away. It was gorgeous, quiet, and private. The beach was so clean and the water was gorgeous. Loved that it wasn't touristy. Didn't want to leave!!!

This place was everything we needed! Beautiful, clean and super peaceful! We enjoyed every minute we spent in this condo and we were lucky to found it! Paola was also such a great host, always responsive and welcoming. If you’re looking for a safe place for your family, this is the one!

First of all, I want to highlight the location — the beach is beautiful, and the gated community felt very safe and peaceful. The apartment was clean, the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and every room had air conditioning. The internet connection was excellent. The host, Sandra, always responded promptly. One night, when there was a complete blackout across the island, Sandra messaged us first to inform us and answer any potential questions. During the outage, we used candles that she had thoughtfully left in the apartment, and we were able to cook using the gas grill on the terrace. Speaking of the terrace — it was one of our favorite parts! It has a lovely ocean view and is furnished with a table and chairs. The beach itself is clean, calm, not crowded, and has showers available. We had a wonderful six-day stay and are truly grateful for Sandra’s hospitality.

This place is a hidden gem! The interior is larger than it looks in the photos and the host thought of so many little extras to make it an amazing stay. The location couldn’t be better — easy drive from San Juan airport, a few steps from the beach & pool, close to Walmart, the rain forest, amazing beaches, and tons of restaurants. It’s a lovely place but if you’re used to the Hilton, you’ll notice some chipped paint and minor cosmetic items. However, the host way more than makes up for that with all the extras, including tons of pillow and linens, beach towels, free laundry in the unit, beach chairs & cooler, kitchen extras like spices and ketchup, BBQ grill with charcoal provided, & even two sleeping mats, which was perfect for my little one who still likes to sleep in mom’s room. The air conditioner was super cold. Our kids had fun in the pool, especially bc the host provided a fun pool float. This is a perfect place for a family to explore Puerto Rico & feel safe & at home.

This was our second time staying at anfitrion’s place in aquatika and it was great. So nice to be able to walk to pools and the beach.

the accommodation is well maintained and clean. the kitchen is efficient. the beach equipment is very comfortable. recommended for those who have a car because it is a bit isolated.

Was very satisfied with the stay and all the extra gear for the beach like the chairs,cooler ,etc that she had provided for the guests to use. Everything was clean and well presentable. The property itself was beautiful and the pools were nice. The hosts were both very responsive and helpful and pleasant to chat with. Definitely would come back and stay again !! :) we did not get to enjoy the lazy river due to it being under construction but maybe another time when we come back we will!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The pictures were good but the apartment looks better in person than in the pictures. Zenen and Wanda were very responsive and easy to get ahold of! We had a minor issue with the ac(ended up just being that the batteries in the ac remote needed to be changed) we contacted them and they fixed the issue within the hour! We appreciated how fast they responded to us. You can tell they actually care. Aquátika also is a lovely place. The landscaping & the pool areas were beautiful and clean. Aquatika also has 24/7 security & is gated so we felt extra safe! I definitely would recommend staying booking with Zenen and Wanda.

The view from the condo is beautiful. The beach and pool we had basically to ourselves. We felt safe in the gaited community and location was easy to get to El Yunque, San Juan, and Luquillo for day trips. My kids loved the kitties. Grocery store was also only 10 mins away.

Evelyn’s place is clean and everything is as described. The location within the resort is great also. I would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Anytime I had a question With was quick to respond. The AC was a nice reprieve from the heat, and the beds were comfortable and provided a restful night of sleep. The condo was very clean and welcoming. The kids enjoyed the basketball court and the pools. Hopefully we can enjoy the lazy river the next time we come back. The unit is very secure within a gated community, but the neighborhood felt very safe, and we walked to a delicious dinner at a restaurant just down the road. We also attended a church service in the neighborhood and felt very welcomed. My only suggestion might be to beef up the kitchen equipment offerings a bit (maybe include some bar/casserole type dishes like a 9x13 pan, a few more plates, bowls and glasses given the unit accommodates 7 people, and dish soap and a kitchen towel for drying dishes) but we survived with what was provided. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

We were looking for a place that would give us space and lots of things to keep our small kiddos entertained. Elias’s place definitely fit the bill. Between the beach, swimming pools, playgrounds and mini golf there was never a dull moment. Aquátika is perfect for families with kids. Elias’s apartment was super clean and clutter free. We never had issues with noise because his condo is in a quieter spot on the property. When we needed to get a hold of Elias he was very responsive.

I booked this for my 23rd birthday with my friends and cousins, and it was beautiful! Lovely views, very safe since it was gated, loved the hammock, and just made our stay worthwhile!
