Family-friendly vacation rentals in Medianía Baja

We had a lovely stay! JC, the manager, was so helpful, friendly, and a good communicator. The unit was clean, well stocked, and had comfortable beds! It is very close to the beach with the ocean visible from the lanai and right across from one of the pools and jacuzzi. The beach is steps from the unit. It is on the smaller side and you can’t really walk a long distance, but it was never crowded and worked for us. The property is clean, gated, has assigned parking, multiple pools, a lazy river, and mini golf. The tennis courts were not operable during our visit. There is not much for restaurants in the immediate vicinity, but we did have a very nice meal at El Parrilla which is within walking distance of the property. The location is very central to many attractions, more touristy towns, a beaches, and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!!

Very scenic, perfect spot for our family of 4! Direct view of the beach, and a great balcony. There are some things worth knowing before you go: APARTMENT - There is no soap / shampoo, cooking oil, or laundry detergent - You'll have to bring a lot of basics, which is a bummer bc that's tough to bring on a flight - Beach chairs, towels, minigolf supplies were provided - There is no grill -A/C is in bedrooms only AQUATIKA - This is a gated community, not a resort. Great pools, great beach, but no restaurants or anything like that... not even a vending machine on the grounds - Good security - The lazy river is out of service. Would've been nice to know - Water slide and other water amenities are noted as open Fri-Sun, but were not turned on at all Fri / Sat... maybe they are on Sunday? - Pools were still great tho, never overcrowded & great for kids - The private beach is calm, great for kids with a reef protecting against huge waves - Stray dogs / cats on the grounds, friendly

We enjoyed our stay at Laura's. The condo was well equipped with everything you could need. The place is exactly as described and comfortable. We loved being so close to the pools and beach. There's a great view of the ocean from the balcony. The host Juan Carlos met us when checking in and was very helpful and informative.

The place has it all. And the facilities were perfect for my kids. There was communication at all times! We'll definitely be back.

This apartment was absolutely beautiful. It is in a small town named Loiza about 35 mins from the airport in San Juan. El Verde is a must for the local cuisine. For my bud enthusiasts Puerto Rico only allows us to but edibles and vape cartridges however I found the locals were helpful ifyou talk to the right one😉 most ppl go for the cities but I recommend you venture further out to the caves and the different coasts. It's not a cheap place but there is plenty of free fun if you're an adventure seeker.

Our home away from home and safe haven. Left speechless on how much effort and dedication was put in to make sure this was an amazing experience for me and my family. Will definitely revisit and same location. Very kid friendly and much much more. Very peaceful atmosphere being able to relax, sleep comfortably and unwind. Highly recommend if traveling with children, with lots to do plenty to eat and see. This team has also been very respectful, caring and supportive with accurate responses whenever you reach out with any questions. This team from what I experience is dedicated and committed in making sure you and your loved ones have a great experience. Thank you for your hard work and dedication. I now have great memories with my family that will last a lifetime. Que dios los sigan bendiciendo.

Our stay was an amazing stay and although it was on the 4th floor it was not bad at all , just the first day bringing the luggage. Aside from that the view, the roof top and the amenities was a plus. The host was very attentive and friendly and gave clear instructions. I would stay here again and definitely would recommend the place.

What a wonderful vacation. The spot was perfect. There are so many lovely pools to lay out by and a delicious lazy river to float on, an easy walk to the beach. The location felt safe and was beautiful. I do recommend a car so you can get around. There is a little convenience store right outside the grounds to get needed supplies and some food. Everything was clean and communication was wonderful! Would stay again anytime.

The day was great! When having issues he responded with no problem the neighborhood was a little dark at night but quiet overall a great stay!!

This is a beautiful location with immediate beach access. Perfect for 5 people. Central to a lot of different things to do in Puerto Rico! 10/10 RECOMMEND!

We had a last minute illness in our group and Fredy was so kind and responsive to letting us cancel our trip as we were heading back home the same day of arrival. The home is beautiful and close to the beach. Would definitely recommend for a quiet beach vacation.

I did a last minute booking of this property after I was already in San Juan and Adriana was so helpful in getting my family’s details asap to get us checked in. The property was exactly as described, at ground level to the pool. Perfect location. The kids played in the pool every day, and it was awesome that we got beach towels to use (and washer/dryer!). Very short walk to the private beach (it’s a bit rocky but…right there), and the home came with beach toys and chairs, etc. The location is great to get to El Yunque, etc and you’re a short walk from very good restaurants. And finally, they were so kind to let us do a late checkout. Will absolutely stay here again.

Loved this place for me and the kids. The rooftop is very relaxing. You can definitely catch a sunrise from there. I was able to walk to the beach in the morning and use that time to meditate. I really appreciated everything this Airbnb provided for my family while staying the few days we did in Puerto Rico. The hosts were very welcoming even left us a very cute welcome package that my kids loved. Very private and has security 24/7. I would definitely stay at this place again.

Our family of seven, including three children and two grandparents had a great weeklong stay here. The first floor location, right next to the pool and playground were perfect for our group. The unit looks exactly like the pictures and had everything needed for a beach vacation - beach chairs, bag chairs, umbrella, sand toys, cooler, etc. We enjoyed the beach at the end of the complex and a couple of nearby beaches with calm water for the kids and older adults. The market right outside the condo at the main road had many of the essentials we needed and we were able to pick up everything else at the walmart about 20 minutes away. The location is perfect for those wanting to spend time at the rainforest, beach and old san juan. We had a great stay and would definitely book again.

The home was spotless and beautiful! Carlos was very attentive and responsive to any questions or concerns that we had.

This property in Loiza was the perfect location to everything. good distance to lot of activities we wanted to do. It was very easy to find. The home inside was exactly as described. It was very nice to have chairs and beach towels to use for the beach! We visited many of the surrounding beaches but the beach that is right behind the property is very nice too. Super peaceful.

This is my second stay I was here back in April now September and coming back hopefully in December… The place is as described everything you need to be comfortable is available. The host is amazing as I left my gold bangle and she found it and mailed it to Nyc. I would definitely recommend and I will be back. Con mucho amor gracias Por todo

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. Our host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, offering great local tips and being super responsive throughout our stay. It was the perfect home base to explore Puerto Rico, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting!

She was so helpful! We went during a busy flight time and all of our flights were full! We had to stay three extra days and Martha was so accommodating and understanding. We would definitely stay again. It was kind of a hike from the airport but the area was secured and peaceful. The bnb is right by the beach but more of a spot for locals which we didn’t mind at all.

Beautiful stay! Having a private beach was a plus, there is rubble and rocks in the water so bring water shoes. The pools are clean and spacious, and the security was also very friendly. Our Hosts were very responsive and flexible with out 3 am check in. The view from the back balcony makes you feel completely submerged in nature. The villa is also gates so we felt very safe. Recommended for family and friends.

Joel was easy to communicate with. The condo was nice but just a little far from places we wanted to visit. All in all it was great.
