Apartment vacation rentals in Medianía Baja

My stay was AMAZING!!!! 360’ views, mountains in the front and the beach in the backyard. Amenities were beyond expectation. The beds were so cozy and I slept like a baby. My family enjoyed every moment spent here. We will definitely be back! Thank you Tenly for being so proactive and responsive to our every need!!

Echoing other reviews that said this place is a hidden gem, it absolutely is! Loíza itself doesn’t have a lot going on but it’s so close to many of the places we wanted to see/activities we wanted to do while in PR. The property was clean, had what we needed in the kitchen, and lots of linens. The washer/dryer was a huge perk as well. I can’t say enough about the private beach access out back… we would find ourselves pushing other plans off because we wanted to stay at the beach. We were the only ones there every day and it was a total dream. We would most definitely book this stay again!

We stay there for 5 nights and the apartment was clean, enough space for whole families, friends group. Like the space, environment and view. The apartment backyard has ocean view. Host has provided everything you need for ur stay. Like towels, toilet paper, napkins, kitchen utensils, AC and parking. Everything was ready for us which make our trip more convenient. The area is perfect, peaceful and ocean accessible make our trip more enjoyable.

gated complex. beach side was nice as well as the pool. Outside the gated portion it's sketchy and roads are awful. it worked for us but some might not like it due to the area it's in. Rafael was responsive, however the local rental agency he uses isn't. Ex: they told us to park in B-157 but the numbers only went up to 156. i messaged them to ask where to park and they never answered. i also messaged them asking for instructions to turn on the livingroom AC and they never answered. they use a 'digital concierge '. we found it annoying to use. we'd prefer a binder in the unit. the agency sent us one to a completely different condo complex. when i contacted Rafael he was usually able to help. Biggest complaint i had was that they don't keep a remote for the minisplit in the condo for renter to regulate the AC. we were supposed to contact them so they could adjust the temp remotely, LOL. they also forgot to turn it on at our arrival. i dont think that's reasonable at this point

This was our second time staying at anfitrion’s place in aquatika and it was great. So nice to be able to walk to pools and the beach.

The place is well maintained and nice location. Private beach access is cool. The main security staff are very nice and always friendly. The house provides two beach chairs and they are very useful. The place is fellt like a home. Damaris is very responsive. Highly recommended.

The house is just as described- comfortable and super clean. Ready with games and activities for the family to enjoy at the house . Steps away from the beach or pool located on the premises. This is our second time staying at this home. It’s perfect for our family of 5. The kids would live at the pool if they could and always made friends. It was a central location to drive around and have a true authentic experience!

Really appreciate Hugo for all that he did. My family and I had to book this Airbnb last minute and he accepted right away and even allowed us to check in early. My family is very appreciative and we hope to stay here again in the future! Thank you!!

This condo is a great choice for a couple. The rooftop patio is a standout feature—spacious and perfect for relaxing. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay, including beach gear, which was really convenient. Just a heads-up: it’s about a 30-40 minute drive each way to the San Juan area, so plan accordingly if you’re planning to spend time there. Also, the area around the complex can feel a bit intimidating, however, once you enter the gated community, it feels completely different—safe, quiet, and well-maintained. The hosts were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we were satisfied and enjoyed our time there.

Our experience was excellent! The place has everything you need for a comfortable and fun family stay. The beds are super comfortable, everything was spotlessly clean and well organized. We really enjoyed having a domino table to share in the evenings, and in general the atmosphere was perfect for relaxing. Communication with the hosts was 10/10. Always attentive, friendly and attentive to any detail before and during our stay. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. I would definitely recommend this place and we hope to return soon. Thank you for everything!

Jessica’s place was an extremely beautiful home with nice views. All the listed amenities were there which were really helpful. Jessica was very responsive when we needed help with something as well! If you are staying in Loiza area for your Puerto Rico trip I 10000% recommend her place! The resort is extremely fun and lots to do! Thank you Jessica!

We had a great stay at Aquatika! The resort is beautiful with many different pools that are perfect for young children. The only downside for us was that the condo is meant to be kept at 74 (bedrooms) and 78 degrees (living room) which was too warm for our liking and not ideal for our infant daughter. That being said, we managed okay and appreciated all the kid-friendly supplies.

The unit was great and comfortable. It had everything we needed for the beach. The kids enjoyed the pool toys and floating vests! This was a great plus for me. We enjoyed our time there at the pools and at the beach. I appreciated the security and the amenities at the location. The host was available and very responsive. I appreciated Norka's communication.
