Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Medianía Baja

This is our second time staying at this home. It’s perfect for our family of 5. The kids would live at the pool if they could and always made friends. It was a central location to drive around and have a true authentic experience!

It is a beautifully renovated condo steps away from the beach. And it has everything that my family of 6 needed. Very clean and beautifully decorated property with clean linens. Got plenty of recommendations and information and very easy and communicative hosts. Will not hesitate to recommend or go stay with them again.

Great place. Sylvia is the best. Location is out of the way to base your adventures. The beach access is closed because of erosion so you’ll have to go elsewhere to get to the water.

The property was fabulous, we had a quick walk to the private beach, a quick walk to the hot tub, a quick walk to the heated pool. We really enjoyed the roof top at night. The air conditioning in all the bedrooms was wonderful. We stopped at the Walmart about 20 minutes away and stocked the refrigerator and bought items for laundry. We will plan on staying at this property again. The miniature golf needs work but that is a property issue. The basketball court was fun, and the big water slide come on every Saturday and Sunday. We are thankful for the memories made at Aquatika.

We had a fantastic day! The condo is right next to the complex playground and a gated pool. That meant that I could sip my coffee while my kids played or swim every day we were there. It’s about a six minute walk from the unit to the private beach. The private beach is not very fancy and could probably use more regular grooming by the complex, but it was sufficient for our needs. There’s a pharmacy/grocery store two minutes away and lots of restaurants near the beach about 10 minutes away between Loiza and San Juan. The interior of the unit was fantastic, clean, spacious, and well equipped for hanging out and cooking for our family. It mattered to us that there were no major steps or stairs to get into the unit as my senior parents came along and have limited mobility. We appreciated that the unit had bunkbeds for our kids, and even had toys and pool toys to play with while we were there. The washer and dryer was another major bonus. All in all, it was a great stay!

Great location, short drive to many activities, multiple beaches in the area. Outdoor areas very nice.. balcony, roof top area, pool, and beach… Host very responsive. Can’t wait to visit again.

We had a great time. The small supermarket next to the apartment is very convenient for breakfast and other small needs.

We had a wonderful visit to Luis's condo. The kitchen had all of the supplies we needed for our month long stay. The unit was clean, spacious, and well laid out. We had guests visit using the second bedroom and everyone had great visits. We loved our long walks along the beach which had very few in any people on it. We visited some of the more popular beaches, but due to crowds our favorite was the one adjacent to the condo. Luis was a very responsive host. Thank you Luis! We hope to visit again.

Wow where can I begin from the beginning of the booking to the end nothing but amazing. Host was very responsive, friendly and extremely helpful. Definitely made us feel like at home no doubt. Everything was even more beautiful in person. Definitely booking again once we are back in Puerto Rico. Thanks again for being so amazing and for the early check in and late check out. Fabian’s condo was wonderful for our family. Everything was clean and in good condition. The pools are beautiful and clean. Some pools are heated and others aren’t so you get a nice choice. There are many friendly animals (dogs, cats, chickens) roaming the area which is sort of fun. The animals don’t bother with you they just hang out. The beach is small but private and a good place to hang out. The location is close to the rainforest and the main departure sites for many activities however the local town has very little to do. Overall a really great place to stay while enjoying Puerto Rico.

Wendy is an amazing host- very quick to respond to any needs. We had a little issue when we first arrived with the keys not in their spot, so had to wait, but other than that everything was fine. The kitchen was well stocked, lots of toilet paper and towels. Beautiful balcony which we enjoyed using the grill many nights. There is a small supermarket at the end of the road for any last minute needs. The only thing we were a little bummed about was the fact that there really is no hot tub on the property. (Very run down and gross/dirty, and luke warm....) But the beach is beautiful and the main pool was fine to use to cool off. We felt very safe in the area. Overall it was a great place to stay for our family's spring break vacation.

Definitely enjoyed our stay at Alejandro’s place. Very clean and organized, easy to locate, loved that it felt safe with the 24hr security. Felt right at home. The pool was great as well as the short walk to the beautiful beach in the back, no issues or complaints to give, simply enjoyed the whole stay, the cleanliness and Alejandro was great willing to help and even give advice for places to visit and things to do in the area…will recommend to others.

The house was so beautiful in person! We loved staying at this home because it was close to everything and with our great hosts they made the stay even better! The pool was marvelous for those hot days and nights! Overall an amazing place to stay at when visiting Puerto Rico!!

Our family enjoyed our stay very much. The pool/patio/BBQ area was so beautiful it made it hard to want to leave to go exploring. Cuyler was proactive with providing instructions on how to operate showers, entry way codes, etc. House is very close to a grocery store and restaurants. Bedrooms were spacious and the air conditioning was appreciated. The kitchen had the cookware that we needed for cooking breakfast each morning and the dinning table was spacious enough for a large family. Cuyler was quick to respond when we had a question. The house is in a quiet, gated community which felt safe and not too far from the locations we wanted to visit. We had a great trip and stay!

The environment was private, relaxing and peaceful. Nelson had the home ready with many extras for the kids. The pool was really nice, the bbq, the beds are very comfortable, great air conditioning and the best part the location had everything near by, restaurants, lake, beach and a huge shopping mall. Nelson was the perfect host. I will be returning.

We had an amazing 10-day stay at Larry’s place in Luquillo! The location is absolutely perfect—just a one-minute walk to a stunning beach with both fun waves for surfing and a more relaxed spot for lounging and swimming. It was such a peaceful and beautiful area, and we loved being able to walk to the beach whenever we wanted. The home itself is a great base for exploring the island. We did several day trips and found it super convenient to get around from Luquillo. One of our favorite parts of the stay was the abundance of fresh fruit around the property. We were hoping the guanábana would ripen while we were there, but it kept us guessing! My daughter especially loved checking for fresh eggs each morning—such a fun and unique touch to the experience. Overall, Larry is a fantastic host, and this place has a wonderful, laid-back vibe that made our trip to Puerto Rico really special. Highly recommend!

Jenny was a great host, super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. She shared great local recommendations, from restaurants to taxi services, and was quick to answer any questions we had. We were a group of 9, and the space was perfect for us. It was clean, cozy, and just as described. The kitchen was well-equipped, which made group meals easy. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful home, it’s pretty in the pictures, but you really appreciate it more when you enter. The hosts welcoming touches really made us feel special entering a strangers home, like you are really welcome and they truly want you to enjoy your time there. And the water, lagoon?, out back is larger than I thought, we enjoyed watching birds, turtles, and even a small crocodile! We were visiting the south west coast of Puerto Rico and decided to stay a couple nights in Carolina to see Old San Juan and be close to the airport. The location and home were perfect!

The home was a perfect location for myself and colleagues as we traveled around San Juan. Cristina was very quick to send instructions and responded quickly to any questions I had for her. A big home with plenty of space. It was a great place to stay and a great price!

Gill and Gustavo were extremely accommodating. Their response times were very quick. The house was extremely clean upon arrival and the pictures don’t do it justice. The house is beautiful with plenty of cool indoor and outdoor spaces. The house was in a great location with plenty of places to walk to and a short uber from many other popular destinations. We had a phenomenal time and would highly recommend to anybody! Thank you!!
