Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Medianía Baja

Gia's ZEN house was just what we wanted for our family gathering of 6 adults and 5 kids. Away from all the tourists but within a short drive to beaches and rainforest, beautiful forest flora and birds, a sense of privacy (even though neighbors are close by), clean and comfortable, the pool and covered patio were definitely the gem of the entire stay.

Really loved our stay! It was perfect for what we needed it for. Spent the days at El Yunque (SO CLOSE!! - 8 min drive without traffic) and our evenings on the farm. We didn’t mind the cold showers (relief from the PR heat!) or noise from the road (we’re city folk). The Cigar Shop, Bar & pizza were awesome for entertainment and easy dinner (+ the mojitos were delicious). The farm cats were quickly made our best friends & the outdoor space was warm and welcoming - reading in the hammock was a highlight.

Nita provided everything we needed—and even things we didn’t realize we’d need but found incredibly useful. She was kind, attentive, and quick to respond to any questions or suggestions. Her place was not only safe but also impeccably organized, making our stay even more comfortable

I can't recommend this Airbnb in Puerto Rico enough! Our stay was simply amazing. The property had a beautiful pool that was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Plus, it was conveniently located within short driving distance of fantastic restaurants, charming cafés, and the gorgeous beaches. We loved being able to stroll out and enjoy the local scenery whenever we wanted. This place truly made our trip unforgettable.

My family and I had a great time staying. Hosts were very quick with responses and accommodated everything we needed. We have family a couple doors down so the location is perfect and it’s not too far from manyyy beautiful beaches ! But having your own private pool for days you don’t want to get sand everywhere was perfect ! The house is very spacious and perfect for a family vacation home to stay in. We can’t wait to come back and stay again ❤️

STAY HERE! Perfect spot for a small family. And some of the best hosts we’ve come across on this app. We booked this last minute due to a bad experience we had at a different air bnb. Annie offered for us to check in early because we explained the situation. Very responsive, kind, and helpful. The location is perfect. Beach, pool, rooftop, hot tub. Couldn’t ask for a better spot. Book it. You won’t regret it.

I love the house it was perfect to celebrate my birthday. I just don't like the stray cats and dogs. One made it up on the porch and popped on the welcome mat. It was raining and we weren't paying attention and stepped in it. Runined a good pair of sandals. If you don't like excessive dog barking or listening to roosters at 2:30am this place isn't for you. But if you can stand a little noise it's perfect. The host is great very responsive provides a phone number for you to call with questions and she has a translator. I'd definitely rent again.

I had a group of 7 people and this place was perfect for it !

Perfect location right next to the pool and beach access. It was easy to get to every place we wanted and the parking was right next to the building. I spent most evenings on the patio with the gorgeous view of the sea, listening to the water. So relaxing! When there was an electric outage across the island, Josue let us know up to date news. He had just installed a backup generator that lasted 7 hours with low usage. When it ran out, he came and installed a backup battery and brought 3 low electric usage fans (they were excellent!) … all within 20 minutes. An outage was exactly what I worried about - the baby had refrigerated medicine - but Josue was immediately responsive. No need to worry because of all the backup systems Josue had in place including his immediate responsiveness. The apartment had beach toys, chairs, an umbrella, pool floaties … just everything you could need to be comfortable. We hope to come back!

The condo was perfect for our family vacation. The pools and beach access at the complex were great for hours spent without leaving. Also there are three bigger nice local beaches short drives away. The kitchen is well equipped to cook in and even has a large ice machine :) great applicances including a fridge saved all our food even going 15 hours without electric! The condo is clean and well furnished, AC units work great. (and when without electric the windows opened and let it a cool breeze) the condo # was a little tricky to find at first, as the parking spots are a little deceiving, may be good to include map with confirmation, or just ask at the gate. The gate keepers were very friendly and have an easy process in place for entry.

Cesar was a great host and very accommodating. He was friendly, professional, and very responsive. There was an island-wide power outage, and Cesar immediately reached out to assist as best he could and give us updates on the progress of repairs. He even had lanterns stocked in the apartment. Luckily, the power outage was only about 12 hours. The condo was great. It was spacious and equipped with all the essentials we needed. Unfortunately, the lazy river was under renovation during our stay, but all the pools were great. I think there were 4 or 5 pools total. My family had a great experience.

I rated our week-long stay at Lesley’s Villa a Rewarding 5* Lesley was always quick to respond; her villa was just as she had described; the view was great and it was very peaceful. The unit was great and comfortable. It had everything we needed for the beach. The kids enjoyed the pool toys and floating vests! This was a great plus for me. We enjoyed our time there at the pools and at the beach. I appreciated the security and the amenities at the location. The host was available and very responsive. I appreciated Norka's communication.

Our family of seven, including three children and two grandparents had a great weeklong stay here. The first floor location, right next to the pool and playground were perfect for our group. The unit looks exactly like the pictures and had everything needed for a beach vacation - beach chairs, bag chairs, umbrella, sand toys, cooler, etc. We enjoyed the beach at the end of the complex and a couple of nearby beaches with calm water for the kids and older adults. The market right outside the condo at the main road had many of the essentials we needed and we were able to pick up everything else at the walmart about 20 minutes away. The location is perfect for those wanting to spend time at the rainforest, beach and old san juan. We had a great stay and would definitely book again.

Surrounded by beautiful Caribbean sea, we had a great vacation. We had a black out during our stay (not the host's fault, but the entire island had a massive power outage), but we did not worry about wasting a time - we have a private beach and pool! It was an unforgettable spring break. Thank you so much.

Home away from home. Literally everything you would need from food spices to bug repellent and aid kits. Thank you again so much for such a wonderful stay. The property was really well kept, super clean and pristine. Shalaunas quick response and recommendations about the area were also really helpful. Thank you again for a great stay.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The pictures were good but the apartment looks better in person than in the pictures. Zenen and Wanda were very responsive and easy to get ahold of! We had a minor issue with the ac(ended up just being that the batteries in the ac remote needed to be changed) we contacted them and they fixed the issue within the hour! We appreciated how fast they responded to us. You can tell they actually care. Aquátika also is a lovely place. The landscaping & the pool areas were beautiful and clean. Aquatika also has 24/7 security & is gated so we felt extra safe! I definitely would recommend staying booking with Zenen and Wanda.

My husband and our daughter stayed for 12 nights. When we walked in the condo smelt clean. Everything was neat and not dusty. The area was secure and the neighbors that live in the condos full time are very nice. The pool was right downstairs with access to another near the beach as well. Which is walkable. I had several questions throughout the stay just about places to eat as my teen is picky with food. Not only were they answered promptly, but she could relate. Communication with Yaitza was smooth and she was great to work with. We would most definitely look into renting with her again!

We were looking for a place that would give us space and lots of things to keep our small kiddos entertained. Elias’s place definitely fit the bill. Between the beach, swimming pools, playgrounds and mini golf there was never a dull moment. Aquátika is perfect for families with kids. Elias’s apartment was super clean and clutter free. We never had issues with noise because his condo is in a quieter spot on the property. When we needed to get a hold of Elias he was very responsive.

Really enjoyed staying here! Puerto Rico is a beautiful island. Will be back!
