Very spacious apartment with a lot of great couches and a nice dining area and kitchen. The apartment was quiet and relaxing. I also really enjoyed the deck, with a great view of the city. The neighborhood was really nice and close to great shopping and nice restaurants. The host and his representative- Frank, were very helpful and responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

True Berlin gem! I really enjoyed my time at this loft in Berlin. Communication was perfect and super fast from the start. Check-in was smooth and really friendly. The loft... the photos honestly don’t do it justice. Pretty surreal being in there! Fernsehturm on one side, Oberbaumbrücke on the other. Across the river, there's always something interesting going on, especially on sunny days. The gym was a nice bonus, and everything in the apartment worked perfectly. It had everything we needed for an amazing stay. Highly recommend this place. I'll be back for sure. Thanks again! :)

In Inés‘ Studio hatten wir einige wunderbare und ruhige Tage. Die Küche war hochwertig gestaltet und super ausgestattet, alle Räume beeindrucken durch schöne Materialien und eine ganz besondere Ästhetik. Ein Schmuckstück! Die Kommunikation war freundlich, schnell und angenehm, über den persönlichen Empfang haben wir uns gefreut. Das Bett ist für große Menschen etwas zu klein, aber gut und und hochwertig. In der Umgebung gibt es einiges an Unternehmungen, ein besonderer Ort!

Wir hatten als Familie (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Das Loft war genau wie beschrieben, sehr schön gestaltet, sauber und für unsere Ansprüche absolut zutreffend. Wir wurden persönlich von Jan empfangen, obwohl wir erst spät am Abend angereist sind. Das Auto hatte einen sicheren Platz auf dem Innenhof. Hervorzuheben ist auch der schön gestaltete Innenhof mit mediterranem Flair und Sitzmöglichkeiten. Mit der Tram ist man ohne Umsteigen in ca. 25 Minuten im Zentrum, Haltestelle gleich um die Ecke. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Maike und ihr Loft haben uns eine zauberhafte Auszeit beschert. Maike ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Frisches Obst und Blumen warteten zur Begrüßung auf uns. Die geschmackvolle und außergewöhnliche Einrichtung hat unsere Augen glänzen lassen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Nous recommandons le restaurant Morgen Land qui propose d'excellents petits déjeuners et brunches le week end Métro tout proche pour découvrir Berlin. Nous recommandons!

Wir haben uns bei Evi und Ihrer Familie sehr wohl gefühlt.Bereits der Erstkontakt war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die ruhige Umgebung und direkte Waldrandlage war für uns mit unserer Hündin einfach nur perfekt. Auch die Verbindung mit der S 1 Richtung Berlin City ist völlig kompliaktionslos und somit steht einem schnellen Hinkommen zu einem Seightseeing Trip der Berliner City auch nichts im Wege. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung von Herzen weiter.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Wenn man diese auch zum schlafen nutzt, sollte man wissen, dass man den Schlafbereich nicht komplett abdunkeln kann. Das war für uns aber nicht problematisch. Es ist eine super Ausstattung vorhanden und die Kommunikation war toll. Gerne wieder!

Der Aufenthalt in der äußerst stilvoll eingerichteten Designer-Wohnung von Julieta in Neukölln war von der ersten Minute an ein wundervolles Erlebnis! Der große lichtdurchflutete Wohnbereich mit Küche und der kleine süße Balkon geben Raum für Leben und Genießen. Julieta ist sehr zuvorkommend und stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!
