The Baltic Sea can be reached in 14 km, forest and meadows on the Kühlung - the Way of St. James leads through the village and the hiking trail starts in front of the door. The deer jump on the edge of the horse paddock and if you look closely, you will see the fox and, depending on the season, the wild geese or cranes flying over the farm. Es bietet Platz für 2 Personen, hat eine tolle Veranda und einen atemberaubenden Ausblick über die Wiesen und Gatter des Gut Gollin. Eine Bio-Trockentoilette befindet sich am Fuße des Baumhauses. Vollwertige Dusch- & Waschmöglichkeiten befinden sich in einem eigenen Bad im Herbergshaus in ca. 400 m Entfernung. ​ Haustiere sind im Baumhaushotel nicht erlaubt. Mindestalter für Kinder: 5 Jahre

The FIRST is one of the first addresses of the Baltic Sea resort Sellin and is only a few meters from the main beach and the historic pier. Unique highlights include the heated panoramic swimming pool and saunas on the roof of FIRST Sellin, as well as the outdoor pool in the dunes.

In addition, you could also sleep in the living room on the sofa bed (2 people). Outside there is also a sauna house.

The 2-room non-smoking apartment (55 m²), private entrance to the upper floor of our single-family house with kitchen and bathroom is fully furnished. It can accommodate up to 3 people, a box spring bed, sofa bed in the living room. Towels + linen are included. For shopping, REWE, Netto, LIDL are in the immediate neighborhood. From Birkenstein S-Bahn station, you can reach Berlin-Mitte in 30 minutes. The car can be parked for free on the property.

Our approximately 5000 square meter, lovingly maintained, orchard meadow is located on the outskirts of town and therefore you can wonderfully relax here and observe numerous birds. Here the fox and rabbit really say good night and in the morning you will be awakened by birdsong. On hot summer days you can enjoy shade under a beautiful canopy. Various seating, a grill, smoker and a fire pit are also provided.
