Open stone walls, huge comfortable bed, new bathroom, breakfast kitchen (no stove, coffee machine, fridge, water kettle, microwave) vintage furniture, cozy sofa. The mini flat is situated in a beautiful planted courtyard in the booming part of Kreuzberg. There are two bicycles.

This wonderful new 120 m² attic/penthouse apartment with a sauna is located in the Viktoriakiez neighborhood (quiet area) – a 5-minute walk to the Nöldnerplatz S-Bahn station and a 10-minute walk to Rummelsburger Bucht on the waterfront. The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop away from the trendy Ostkreuz station and 2 stops away from Warschauer Strasse. P.S.: I own an original 5-meter Riva boat from Italy. This means that a private boat tour of Berlin can also be booked with me at any time.

My place is close to Kastanienallee, on the 5th floor without an elevator and a nice view of the TV Tower. You have beautiful views and sunsets over a park and the roof tops through 2 big windows with french balconies. There are lots of south facing windows and a balcony to the backyard (officially a fire rescue balcony. So please be sure not disturb the neighbors!) The Area is full of bars, restaurants and clothing shops, and on weekends there are grocery and fleamarkets close by.

Reason for the location which is great to reach anything in this fast growing City of Berlin. The space and atmosphere have a happy synergy and a work / life balance for itself. I love it here - it is usually my office . We have 2 big flat screen TV screens with Amazon Prime, Netflix a sound system with Spotify and an open fire place to calm down.

If possible, I’ll be there to welcome you on the day of your arrival and show you round the studio. There’s a guest book on the table where you’ll find my own favourite spots for eating, drinking, running and shopping... You can message me via Airbnb at any time . I’ll reply as soon as possible and, should any problems arise, I’ll suggest solutions and help out if necessary. The City of Berlin levies a 7.5 per cent bed tax per night; this amount is included in your price.

Creative vacation

The cultural house, built in the 1950s, is idyllically located in the middle of Steinfurth, on the Ochsenkoppel. Ten years ago, we fell in love with the house, bought it and renovated it. This resulted in 2 vacation apartments for guests. The hall of the cultural center is used as a studio. The house also lives as a cultural site. In addition to a regular painting and drawing course, there are exhibitions, concerts, readings, workshops and festivals.

The location on the edge of the residential area of Rostock-Kassebohm is also a good starting point to explore the city or surrounding area by bike or public transport. The guest apartment is located in the Hansaviertel near the Parkstraße S-Bahn station (to Warnemünde 20 min). It is a quiet, very green residential area with ample parking. Nearby are the Barnstorfer Forest and Lindenpark. Most faculty buildings of the University of Rostock are within walking distance! There are plenty of shopping opportunities and it is a 10-minute walk to the trendy KTV district.
