Gorgeous Suite in the Center of Berlin

This large private 2-room guest suite (68 sqm / 732 sq ft) is located in an independent wing of our apartment, dedicated specifically to our guests and family members staying over at our place. It is completely independent and very private, located on the first floor, facing the calm and charming inner garden of a new construction condominium building with floor to ceiling french windows and luxurious indoor and outdoor finishings. A private elevator leads directly into the apartment, where a separate door opens directly into your private suite area. The space features elegant heartwood floors with central heating, a sleek, luxurious and modern bathroom with rain shower and separate bathtub, as well as a fully equipped modern high-end kitchen. The living spaces are elegantly furnished with lots of love to small details. The bedroom features a king size (180x200cm) luxurious and very comfortable boxspring bed, where good night's sleep is guaranteed! All rooms of the suite face calm idyllic gardens, that will make you forget that you're actually staying in the city center. Guests have access to a 49 inch TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and complimentary entertainment: International TV, Netflix & Amazon PrimeVideo. Every guest finds at his arrival a breakfast set containing coffee, tea, Nesquik, jam, honey, Nutella, cornflakes, as well as a fridge filled with fresh milk, juice, butter, cheese and salami. Croissants and mini baguettes are in the freezer and ready to be baked in the oven. You will also find cooking essentials as olive oil, aceto balsamico, salt and pepper. One of us is always available online. In case you need any kind of help, please don't hesitate to let us know and feel free to contact us. We'll be happy to help! Located in the historic city center, this charming neighborhood is walking distance from superb restaurants and shopping as well as iconic locations like the Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie, and opera houses. U2 subway station is located in front of the building entrance. S-Bahnhof Alexanderplatz is within 2 min walking distance. If you need to do your laundry please let us know one day before your arrival . We'll gladly do the laundry for you, but we need to organize it, as the washing machine is located in our part of the apartment. You'll find a laundry bag in the bedroom's closet. The full service costs 20€ (to be paid cash upon arrival).

Everything was very good. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. You have to be aware at this property that the rental is located in a large area and is managed purely professionally. Everything is as described with a very high standard and recommended without reservation in this sense.

The living area features a sectional gray sofa, a small coffee table, and a light-colored lounge chair. Natural light enters through the triangular windows, complemented by light curtains. Apartment was clean. Very nice bathroom. As far as everything you need for self-catering is available. Didn't recognize it properly in the pictures but there is no oven and only 2 hotplates. But for the 1 week it worked.

An outdoor area comprises a sandy landscape with patches of green grass and scattered short shrubs. Red wooden chairs are arranged for seating in front of two buildings characterized by colorful facades. A wooden fence runs along the perimeter, adding a natural touch.

The place in Bades Huk was really beautiful and super quiet. It offers everything you need for an extensive holiday. From cooking and baking utensils to bathroom equipment, everything necessary was available. The entire area was neat and clean and the staff helpful and friendly. To end the evening in the sauna was our personal icing on the cake. We will be happy to come back. 🤝🏻

The apartment was right on the beach and was very clean except for one/two dead insects in the lamps. The kitchen is equipped with the most necessary, so you can also take care of yourself. The staff who welcomed us were very friendly. All in all, a successful holiday.

The attic apartment with balcony was a direct hit. In front of our house is a "vacant lot" with a view of the countryside, not directly on the next house like most others :-) The beach is within walking distance (max. 3-4 minutes), even to Röbel (harbor/city) you don't walk long. Bike rental is also right around the corner as well as the "reception" with roll service and mini-shop almost in sight. We absolutely enjoyed our time out here.

The accommodation was clean and well equipped. Fresh rolls could be bought every morning on site. You have to be prepared to pay additional electricity (sauna, whirlpool, heating, etc.). In the cold season, there is little activity in the area (restaurant and things to do).
