Want to say thank you so much to Clark. His home was a home away from ours for our family of six that had more than enough space for all us to be comfortable. The views and activities Clark informed us on were spot on. We will definitely re book in the future.

The airbnb was cozy, clean, pretty and view was great. Only issue was the really steep driveway. You could tell a lot of cars burned rubber trying to get out of driveway vs hitting the solid rocks that blocked going down the hill. Parked across the street in empty lot to not have to fight with driveway.

We just wrapped up an incredible stay at this Guadalupe River home in McQueeny, TX, and it was perfect for our large group of 15! The house was spacious, clean, and beautifully laid out — with 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, no one ever felt crowded. The HUGE kitchen island was a gathering spot for meals and laughs, and the open-concept design made it easy to stay connected whether we were cooking, dining, or just hanging out in the living area. Although the river was lower than expected, we still enjoyed swimming and fishing off the boat dock. One suggestion would be improved accessibility for aging guests — a ladder or better stairs down to the water would have been helpful. That said, the property was absolutely ideal — a peaceful yard at the end of a quiet road, which made it feel private and safe. We had plenty of space for games, relaxing, and making memories. We’d absolutely recommend this home for large families or groups looking for a fun, laid-back river getaway!

This was our second stay at the property so it was familiar. Very handy being next to Park West, which we took advantage of every day of our stay. Very comfortable and nice floor plan. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Wow! We loved our stay here so much! Josh and Amiee were so nice, responsive and helpful! They gave great instructions on getting here and also on all check in/check out procedures. Any questions we had, they replied almost immediately. We really needed a restful getaway and this was the perfect place. We loved the pool so much and enjoyed watching all the birds especially. The place was impeccably clean and welcoming! We slept great in the adjustable bed. We had 2 smart TVs to use and the biggest selection of DVD’s we’ve ever seen. The kitchen had everything you could think of and it was so helpful to have a washer/dryer to use. Did I mention the pool? AMAZING! We plan to come back again soon! Thank you for sharing your beautiful place!

The Treehouse was lovely! Very cozy and quiet, perfect for a simple weekend trip. Also a great location. Susan is super friendly and communicative, I’m glad we picked this spot!

Enjoyed our stay! The one closet with locks worried me initially as I am a female traveler, but it just seemed to be a storage closet. Other than that, great hosts and a great stay. About 23 minutes from down town San Antonio. Thanks for the stay!

Our stay was so peaceful and pleasant! The homemade Greek cookies were the icing on the cake! Short drive to downtown, minimal street traffic and the cowboy tub was the perfect temp for an evening hangout! Will stay again!

Nice and clean on the inside and outside space reminded me of back home in Jamaica, I sat outside under the tree ate a mango and enjoyed the shade. Host was responsive and provided lots of drinking water and small essentials I definitely recommend and would go back

This is our second time staying at Matt & Nikki’s place and we enjoyed it almost just as much as the first time. The condo itself is so nice and Matt & Nikki do a great job adding a lot of aesthetic touches and conveniences that make us feel right at home. Also, with easy access to the water park, the river, pools, and great restaurants, the location makes this a perfect vacation spot. I do have to mention that our vehicle was towed to San Marcos during our stay, which was unfortunate… we put the parking permit away when we went out to dinner on our last evening and forgot to put it back up when we got back the condo. When we woke up in the morning, our vehicle was gone. However, Matt was very responsive (on a Sunday) and accommodating in giving us extra time on checkout day and helping me find the information to get it sorted out. Don’t let that scare you away though. All that is just to say, take Matt & Nikki’s warnings about keeping the parking pass visible at all times seriously!

The condo was small and cozy. Was a cute little area. Perfect spot to get into the river to begin your float. And the pool and hot tub was perfect to get into after the sun goes down.

Different unit but we’ve stayed at the property another time and love the location. Easy walk to downtown, Landa Park and we joined the gym Das Rec for a month, great value. Fun to watch the activity on the Comal and the golf course from your balcony. The unit itself has comfortable furnishings, well stocked kitchen, patio had lounge chairs and a dining set, all just as shown in the listing. Saundra was great throughout the process. We would definitely stay again.

We stayed in Natalie’s place for 5 nights (Sunday-Friday) so my son could attend a camp in NB. The apartment was clean, comfortable and very quiet. I worked from the apartment while my son was at camp, and I didn’t have any trouble with the internet. The pool and large yard was perfect for children! I expected noise to be an issue because it seemed many others in the complex were there on vacation but we never heard any of the neighbors. We really enjoyed our stay and will book again next year if Natalie’s place is available!
