This airbnb and this place by the water is the perfect getaway to unwind for our family of four. Beautiful and well kept, a cute and very clean cabin and hosts thought of every little thing their customers need. My boys loved all the games that were provided too. The outside looking through the lake/river was absolutely beautiful, they even have a hammock to relax. We truly enjoyed our stay in this property, we don't want to leave. Give this place a go if you want a relaxing weekend, nature and convenience.

Wow!!! I stayed here with my 3 year old son in June of 2025 and we had an amazing time!! We fished off the dock in the backyard on the Comal River at least twice a day! The upper level on the dock was amazing to sit on at night and sip wine! We saw deer running through the greenbelt across the river!! The house is an impressive 3 story boat house with every possible amenity you can imagine and super clean and cool and decorated/upgraded adorably!! The yard has bright green beautiful grass, huge shade trees, a tree swing and tree rope (to hang on) - we spent a lot of time outside just taking in the views!! There are multiple levels of back porches on the house from which to sip wine and enjoy a meal with the views!!! Also, the house is within minutes from all the big river entrances and parks and Schlitterbahn and the Snake Farm Zoo (which my son LOVED)!! Also, Instacart delivered everything we needed (food and wine) from the nearby HEB Plus within an hour of ordering!!!
