Private porta John is cleaned weekly. Lights and electrical is 110 for coffee pots, electric grills, mattress inflators, blenders, fans, etc. I provide chairs, fresh water in containers, camping supplies from dog bowl to antimicrobial wipes. Located in a private, quiet country neighborhood with little traffic. This 530 Sq. Ft. studio apartment has an additional 10 Ft. x 20 Ft. deck/balcony out front overlooking the Celo Valley with a spectacular view of the Celo and Black Mountain ranges (see photos).
