Shopping facilities are within walking distance! The apartment has all the necessary amenities. In addition, parking is free right in front of the apartment.

Small, freshly renovated 40 m² basement apartment with private entrance, surrounded by greenery :-) The apartment offers you a bedroom with TV and workplace, a cozy kitchen-living room and a shower room. It is located on a quiet side street of Birresdorf, a stone's throw from Remagen, Bonn or Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler. In the bedroom, you can relax on the 140 cm bed or the reading chair and in the small kitchenette, you can conjure up delicious meals. (No oven)

Our tree house near the forest on a park-like property offers everything your heart desires. We have set up a comfortable, heated, queen size air bed (203 x 152 cm) and provide you with bed linen on request. You have access to an outdoor kitchen with gas grill and swivel grill on open fire, sink and gas stove. There is light, electricity and Wi-Fi. Attention: sleeping in our tree house is like sleeping in the open air, except that you don't get wet :-)

Welling is located in the beautiful Maifeld and is easily accessible by car, but also by public transport. This cozy cottage is located in the courtyard of an old school building from the 1500s. The Romantica vacation home is exclusively available to our guests. It offers 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a kitchenette with cozy living and dining area. In addition, our guests of both vacation homes have a beautiful courtyard garden with 3 terraces, 2 ponds and a beach chair at their disposal.

My grandparents ran a guesthouse for a long time, so our house has a long tradition. Together with my partner, we took over the house in 2012 and set up a comfortable new apartment in 2021, which is shielded from the noise of the trains and is accessible from the courtyard.
