In Altlay, about 1.5 km away, there is a restaurant. Our vacation home is surrounded by forest and meadows. The Altlayer Bach flows right by the house. The picturesque, 200-year-old quarry stone building was renovated in 2022 and has a new bathroom, kitchen, underfloor heating and an open fireplace.

We have enjoyed every moment in this apartment. First of all - fantastic absolutely central location! Very close to boardwalk, surrounded by restaurants, coffeeshops. Minutes walk to supermarket, pharmacies, Rossmann, doctor's office (I got cold and doctor was only minutes walk from the apartment). Apartment itself very spacious, very nice bedroom with probably pretty much new queen/double bed. I have sensitive back and have to say - I was waking up with no pain! Sheets, bath towels, kitchen towels were very clean and good large size. Kitchen is extremely well equipped with everything you need. Lovely couch, good quality TV. Marion is such a nice person! whenever we needed anything - we was receiving the answers in a matter of minutes. To conclusion: Highly recommend! Hopefully we meet again 🥰

Monica has been very friendly and always easy to reach. The house is huge and was perfectly equipped for our needs. We were on site with 3 families with small children and a dog and had a very good time. The playroom was the absolute paradise for the kids. We took 2 walks to the neighboring villages and stopped there. The possibilities here are somewhat limited. If you leave by car, there is a lot more to do. Overall, we had a fantastic weekend.

We had a wonderful vacation with Regina and Peter. The two are a very warm couple and always strive for the well-being of the guests. They even offered to pick us up from a hike. The apartment is very quietly located and offers everything you need. From Filz, you can reach many sights in the Eifel and on the Moselle in about 20 minutes by car. There is a lot to discover and great hiking trails. In the village, there is unfortunately no bakery or other shops, so you are car-dependent. Should we go back to the Eifel, we'd love to stay with the two again!

Everything is fine, well-located accommodation. In one minute you are the shore of the Mosel. Restaurants, vinotheque, etc. are also within walking distance. The place is clean and the bed has a good mattress. We are very satisfied. We had our cat with us, which was no problem. However, it should be noted that the barn has been converted and thus the beams were explored by the cat. We are satisfied and were happy to be guests here. Thanks for the days

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house! The house was absolutely clean and well maintained. The kitchen was superbly equipped so we could easily prepare our meals. Also the bathroom was modern and comfortable, and the hot tub was a real luxury that made the stay even more enjoyable. The TV was also of good quality and provided a great way to relax. The only small downside was that there were no shutters. Otherwise it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely recommend a stay!
