In the newly renovated vacation home, there are 2 bedrooms with one double bed (2.00 × 2.00) and (1.80 × 2.00) meters on the 1st floor. On the ground floor is the living room, the kitchen-living room and the shower room with toilet. Parking is available in the courtyard entrance. In the back area there is a cozy sitting area with a lounge set and a grill to relax. If you arrive by bicycle, you are welcome to use the rear courtyard for parking.

You will stay centrally located in the Mülheim district. In the immediate vicinity, you will find one of the best restaurants in the region, Restaurant Linde.
