The beach cottage was very nice and Natalie was a great host. Everything we needed was provided. Stayed three months and very satisfied with location and neighborhood. The weather did not cooperate but that cannot be helped . Would definitely stay there again if in the area. Thank you John and Natalie😎

We asked a flood of clarifying questions and Morgan was so gracious and responsive throughout the entire process. When we mentioned one minor thing needing repair as fyi, she offered to send someone right away or around our schedule and she did. There was a welcome basket with items for s'mores and more! Most of the all, the house was absolutely impeccable and my friends tease me for wanting to re-clean upon arrival to most vacation destinations. Short drive to beach entrance, less than 5 minutes to Caps on the Water & Publix, and less than 10 minutes to downtown St. Augustine. The best of all the worlds! We definitely hit the AirBnB Jackpot this time! <3

What a fantastic place to stay. Steps from the ocean, a short walk from great restaurants, and the feel of old Florida but with air conditioning. The host was a great communicator, very accommodating, and the rental was exactly as described in the listing. We love beach vacations and often it is the small things that make a huge difference. Having enough towels is one of those things. Not here. There were plenty of towels and a large capacity washer and dryer as well. Plenty of beach size towels for our daily beach time right across the street. The unit was well stocked, very clean and met all of our needs and expectations. An evening stroll to any of the fantastic restaurants just down the street was a pleasure. We didn't have a bad meal at any of them and the prices were very reasonable. This was a great place to stay. If our travels take us back to Flagler Beach we will certainly be renting this unit again.

My stay at Barbara’s place was wonderful! Great hosts and a spectacular home. It truly deserves more than 5 stars!! The house looks exactly like the pictures. It is comfortable, tastefully decorated and right on the beach. The view is just incredible. The private beach is so peaceful, yet the location is so close to restaurants and shops. Barbara has equipped the home with everything you could possibly need for a one of a kind stay. I highly recommend this home. My family & I will most definitely be back. Thank you, Barbara!

We stayed at Matthew's for a week with our family. The house is so quiet, which we loved- meaning the kids would be loud upstairs and we were still peacefully snoozing downstairs lol. The pool area is fantastic and you can't beat the walk to the beach. Matthew was so responsive and helpful with whatever questions we had. We loved Palm Coast, especially how quiet and beautiful. The house is 5 minutes from a grocery store and also easily accessible to some great food spots- we loved the local coffee shop down the street.

This property was absolutely gorgeous! The beach was beautiful and very private. We were literally steps from the water and could hear the ocean waves from every room of the house. There is plenty of outdoor space and chairs to lounge and soak up the sun. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and hope to book this property again!

We so enjoyed our stay directly on the beach. The location was awesome with just a few locals walking by occasionally and only a few others staying near. Felt like we had the whole beach to ourselves. A Florida afternoon storm came while we were there but no problems. So refreshing to stay on FL beaches without commercialization, condos, crowds and more.

Paola’s place was gorgeous and directly on the beach, which was importantly to us. It’s easy to get to St Augustine’s historic district which was a 15 min drive. The cabana at the bottom was wonderful if you want shade but still feel on the beach. Kids had a great time.
