First floor with large hall, dining room, full bathroom and 4 bedrooms with built-in closets and fans in all of them. Three bedrooms with a 150 cm bed and one with 1 bunk bed and 1 90 cm bed. ONLY one of the rooms has air conditioning. Located in the Alteró de Mompoi (Picassent) development. SWIMMING POOL OPEN FROM MAY TO OCTOBER.

CHECK AVAILABILITY!! This accommodation is peaceful: You will love the views from the terrace and watching the sunrise. On clear days you can see the sea. 15 minutes from Torrent, approximately 20 minutes from the airport and 30 minutes from Valencia. Great for bike routes. If you're looking for great luxuries, this isn't your place. It's a very simple little house, but with everything you need. Very quiet area, without bars, shops, since you are in the countryside and it is a place to disconnect.

Beautiful Rural House with 8 rooms, even with the option of putting two sofa beds. Very quiet space where only the birds can be heard and where cars do not pass. Pool of 10 X 5 and possibility of barbecue. We live here too but we do not use common spaces with the guests, neither bathroom nor kitchen, absolutely nothing. Supermarket, bakery and bars 2 minutes away. Valencia city is 35 minutes from here and beach 35 km from home. 620 meters of housing and more than 3,500 of green area.
