My fam and I had the pleasure of staying at Balai B&R for five days while I attended a convention in Sorsogon. From the moment we arrived, Edward and Kim made us feel right at home with their warm hospitality. Edward was quick and responsive to our needs from buying a drying rack nung na notice niya na nag sampay kami outside the unit to replacing some of our outdated complementary amenities. They also provided complimentary breakfast for all FIVE days, which was such a thoughtful gesture. It’s rare to find a host so attentive and caring. The glasshouse unit was cozy, airy, and filled with natural light while still providing privacy. Its location is ideal—close to SM Sorsogon and Rompeolas, making it easy to buy necessities and find affordable places to eat. May sarisari stores din around the area for extra convenience. Edward also offered airport transfers at a reasonable price, with a tour of the area, which was a personal touch we appreciated. I highly recommend their airbnb! 💯

The host was responsive even during at night which we are all very thankful. We are a group of 4 who stayed at her place at we are all extremely satisfied with the place and the host.

Great accommodation. This is our second time. Will definitely stay again once we visited Legaspi Pros 1. Great for big family/extended family and Groups 2. Lots of free space. 3. 3rd floor outdoor dining space with mayon volcano views is my favorite 4. Aircon working good. 5. Nice water pressure everywhere 6. Grateful for this stay because it served the for what I needed it for. We were given the fair information about what we needed to know and I actually slept well during my stays there. Internet connection was great -- was even able to hold a few meetings online. Love the complimentary filtered drinking water provided-- it's one less item for us to get. The pantry was well stocked with coffee, sugar and creamer. I appreciated that there were plenty of washable plates and utensils. It was great that details were thought of what's needed immediately for people who travel and book places like this. I'd definitely recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay. The place was incredibly amazing and felt like a true home away from home. The internet connection was reliable which is perfect for remote work. I also felt super secure throughout my stay because the place has 24/7 cctv with the premises. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed , making easy to cook my own meal. Also, Ms Mely was super responsive anytime of the day. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great overall experience.

Our recent stay at Balay ni Ilay was truly delightful. The home's prime location—within walking distance to UST Hospital, Legazpi Bus Terminal and SM Legazpi —made it incredibly convenient for our travel plans. The house itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, comfortably accommodating our group with its 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary utensils, making meal preparations a breeze. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were spotless, contributing to a restful and pleasant stay. The host was responsive and attentive, ensuring that our check-in and check-out processes were smooth and that we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Overall, Balay ni Ilay exceeded our expectations. Its combination of comfort, cleanliness, and unbeatable location makes it a top choice for anyone visiting Legazpi City. We highly recommend it and would gladly stay here again

My mom and her friends had a great stay in Legazpi City. Thanks to Casa Porfiria. Host is very responsive with our queries. We appreciate your kind gesture during the stay. The only feedback from my mom and her friends were the aircon, it is not really cold so they have to switch on the fan to help with the cold air circulation in the room. Overall, the house is clean, really worth it for the price, and peaceful. If we are to visit Bicol again, we will definitely book this place again. Thank you once again.

it was really spacious & pretty. the hosts were always very responsive & helpful. everything was good, the property is a little prone to flooding but shan cleaned all the water for us & let us borrow his mop for the rest of our stay. i definitely recommend this place !! 🩷🩷🩷

The bWe had a nice 4-day 3-night stay at Grace Joy’s place. The place was still new, it was very clean and equipped with all the necessities. It was very accessible and just a few blocks away from Citimall. I will book this place again on our next Sorsogon vacation.

Excellent stay

Nice place, comfortable and easy to rest. Just wish there was more around the area as far as restaurants and nightlife. Joanne is very kind and has a very nice helper there to assist.

The host was very responsive and ma'am daisy was the one that assisted us throughout our stay. The garage was enclosed and secured, the place is spacious, compared to the pictures. Rice cooker was provided upon our request. We will definitely book again in the near future. thank you

Very clean and well equipped. Not as spacious as it looked in the picture but comfortable. We had an issue but it was resolved very well. Third floor walk up. If that’s an issue for you, Ask about other units from same owner.

We enjoyed our stay overall — the place has a lot of good things going for it. What we liked: The air conditioning works really well and keeps the whole space cool, even the living and dining areas. The kitchen is in a separate area, which is great because it keeps cooking smells away from the rest of the place. The fridge works great — it keeps things cold and freezes stuff easily. The warm lights made the space feel cozy and relaxing. What could be better: The check-in instructions were a bit confusing. There were too many repeated messages, and it was hard to find the important info like the entry code and Wi-Fi details. I almost missed them because they were mixed in with a lot of other messages. The Wi-Fi was a big issue for us. The signal didn’t reach the bedroom, and there’s no mobile signal inside either. Since I was working during the trip, this was a real problem. The Wi-Fi also kept disconnecting, and I had to restart both my phone and the router just to reconnect. I

The room is located at ground floor, and it is easy access especially with our senior parents. Room is clean with complete kitchen materials. The beds are comfortable, linens are clean with complete bath towel and blankets. The place is located in the city where you can easily access nearby attractions and stores. Overall, we had a great stay and will definitely comeback.

I recently stayed here and I am very happy with my experience. The place looks exactly like it does in the pictures. It is clean and well-maintained. The beds and the pillows are comfortable, just what we needed after a long day of touring around Bicol. The location is convenient as it is near the tourist spots so we were able to visit the attractions easily. The view of Mt. Mayon from the window is a huge plus! The hosts are responsive to every inquiry making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended!
