I like the overall ambiance, which is tasteful and relaxing, away from videoke noise and crowded spots.

I absolutely love love love this hotel. The staff was super friendly and gave off a European feel…, I.e. no tipping, and pay for all the meals at the end of your stay. I loved the location as well. I was initially in imacoto to visit with family in the surrounding areas, but this place was great as it had air conditioning and comfy beds. They also had a bar which had an attentive staff that gives you your privacy and helpful when needed. The food here was also amazing! They had some local favorites that I had to try. Definitely try the Bicolano Express and the Tapas Beef breakfast, it was so good. Also it’s next to the beach where they have kayaks to use. You can see coral and fishes the further you go out, but all in all it was beautiful!

I think this is the best resort in Balud. The beach is stunning, the staff is great, the food in the restaurant is good.

The place was cozy, and the caretaker was friendly and accommodating. She even offered to include us in her pasabuy if we needed anything from the market. When I mentioned that I had a headache and asked if she had any medicine, she kindly offered to buy some from the nearest pharmacy. That thoughtful gesture really stood out to me. My only concern was the lighting in the pool area. I hope they can install a proper electric light instead of relying solely on solar-powered ones, since they don’t charge well on gloomy days. Aside from that, everything was great! The rooms were nice and cool (all 3 rooms are air condition), and the first floor was very spacious—perfect for hanging out or relaxing. Overall, we had a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend!

Great quiet place for our family vacation. Could not have asked for better with my Filipino wife and 5 children. We ate all our meals there , all drinks and the value and quality of these were excellent as Neri's staff accessed fresh foods as availed itself. International travellers might not appreciate the limited menu but if they open their minds and relax they will enjoy the local delights as we did. We had 3 nights /4 days of total relaxation ..... thank you

The villa was perfectly located for whale shark snorkeling—just minutes away. It was cozy, and had everything we needed. Our host was incredibly kind and helpful, arranging all our activities for us. The only downside was the noisy chickens waking us up early in the morning. Otherwise, a fantastic experience!
